Me and my family ordered pizza for dinner. One pie ordered was a ham/bacon/pineapple/peppers and the other one was chicken/bacon. When my boyfriend got to the store, they had mentioned that they accidentally added chicken to the ham/ pineapple pizza. However, when we got home and we opened the pizzas, the bacon/chicken pizza had almost no chicken on it and did not have any bacon. So, being both orders were messed up, I called the store and asked if I could speak to the store manager. The person that pick up the phone replied "I am the manager" when I asked for his name he said his name was "Ed". When I began explaining my issue " hi, I ordered two pies, one of them had chicken that was accidentally added to the wrong pie..." I was immediately cut off by Ed as he began yelling at me stating "I told the guy we add a chicken to the wrong pie". I then asked him to "let me finish please, the other pizza did not have any bacon on it and it was supposed too." Ed became irrate yelling at the top of his lungs "he took the pizza as is" to which I replied "yes, but he did not make the mistake of not adding bacon" Ed kept yelling at me and at one point i had enough. I stated that I wanted to speak to somebody at the corporate office. He replied very aggressively, yelling "I am the manager of the store, anything you have to complain about you complained to me"
No offer to assist with the mistake, no offer to fix the situation, no apology. Ed was very rude, ghetto and disrespectful. I'm sure your phone calls are recording and you can check this one for quality. This happened today at 9 p.m. He could have easily heard me out and apologized and stated he would look to make sure that this doesn't happen. As a leader, thats what you should do. Ed's no leader. Again I paid for a service, for a meal, I did not receive what I ordered. Instead I paid for a lousy attitude and rude customer service. I have never had an issue with this location until today. Is this how we conduct business? Is this how we treat our loyal customers? This is not about the money, it's about the principle, the lack of respect. Read moreIf I could give negative -100 I would. I've lived 7 minutes away for 4 years and after giving up this locations delivery I've been don't pick up on us1 for a while. Recently I've been doing pick up here and since pizza was Always ready I figured to try delivery again. Bad idea. After a hour and a half no pizza, I called they told me it would be another hour since they only have one driver but I could pick up my order. I show up 7 minutes later left my phone home and everything just so I can get my food to my family. After asking for a manager and waiting another 7 minutes being told none there After the girl goes to the back and obviously speaks to someone. Another guy comes and check for my order only to tell me it was canceled 2 minutes ago because they were backed up and hadn't gotten to it. By now it was almost 2 hours of me ordering my pizza and his only explanation was "its a Friday ma'am". Add insult to injury all the prices are different in stores so I had to wait for one of them to feel like calling the manager, *who wasn't there, on the sneak tip and pulled up my account of previous orders and I just went with my most previous order since this one hadn't even started. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. Worst experience and they still couldn't tell me when a manager would be in apparently they don't have one. I told the driver I'd work Friday to show them how to properly put orders out. I've worked in fast food and operate a catering business, this is not it. Shame on dominoes. I will be writing corporate, I should not be inconvenienced by being stuck with them as my delivery option. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM NOT EVEN FOR PICK UP. Still no...
Read moreWorst experience ever!!! Ordered online waited for guy to come he went to the wrong house on the wrong street and had the nerve to call and say he has been knocking and no one is answering ! So when I go to speak he says he can’t hear me then hangs up! Then I call him back 10 TIMES! No answer ! I call the store stayed on hold for 15 minutes no answer !!!! The guy finally shows up and he brings the pizza smashed !!!!! Trying to call the store to report this terrible delivery and still get no answer ! Waste of money ! Do NOT BUY FROM HERE !

Ordered online with my points got my ordered cancelled @10:20pm ms Shaquillia accepted the order then cancelled my order !! And I lost all of my points! So I couldn’t even try to use them at another store so I drove there and knocked on the door to see they were still inside so why couldn’t my pizza be made idk talked to a guy with glasses saying they closed early cause it’s only three of them to work but that’s not my fault is it. I asked if he was still staying until 12am the closing time listed he said he was ! Also asked about my points to just give them back so I could go somewhere else he said he has no control over that either! Sooo why wouldn’t they have enough time to make peoples orders he said he will not stress himself out but is willing to take the company’s money for not doing anything for the hour and a half they were still supposed to be open smh !
