Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Plattsmouth

I have stopped in this location previously because it is close to home. The drinks I get there never have the same quality taste as the ones I get at other locations. No matter what you order it lacks flavor other than expresso. On Saturday August 7th I had been at the Verizon store next door and decided to go in and get a coffee at Scooters. It had been raining off and on all morning so everything was wet. I walked in the store, took 1 step and fell on the slick wet floor. I am a senior with a total knee replacement which is what I landed on. Obviously it hurt and I had no idea if I had damaged anything. Upon realizing what had happened one person yelled from behind the counter are you OK to which I responded it hurt. Realizing no one was going to offer to help I had to try to get up on my own. No one made any effort to make sure I was OK or to help. Nor did they complete an accident report. On top of it all they didn't even to offer to comp my coffee which again did not taste like the smores ordered. Starbucks is next door and.they will be getting...

It feels like every time I go there no matter what something always goes wrong. One time I ordered a coffee and the milk was chunky and it tasted bad. Another time I was charged extra for another shot of espresso when I didn’t ask for it. And then there was another time where I was charged more than what I should’ve been charged and they didn’t want to give me a receipt I ordered a muffin and I paid with a $10 bill and they only gave me two dollars back I highly doubt it cost seven dollars and some change for a muffin. We went through the drive thru this morning and I got my 4 year old a small coffee (choc milk). She ended up dropping it all over the parking lot at Casey’s when meeting to spend the day with Grandma a few minutes later. Cue tears. Grandma went back to Scooters and got another chocolate milk.
