Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Pleasant Prairie

I placed an online order and called exactly 9 minutes after placing it and stated that I needed to cancel because I was stuck in the car and would not be there in time to pick it up. I apologized and the employee was rather rude and just told me no. I called back a few minutes later to speak to a manager and ask if there was anything he could do. Craig was extremely disrespectful and was interrupting me, clearly already with an attitude before I could even explain the situation. When I asked the manager to be respectful to me while he was speaking, I was told that it was “disrespectful to order $40 worth of pizza and think it is okay not to come pick it up.”

After this man being extremely disrespectful and condescending, I told him he could keep the pizza that he refused to even consider speaking with me about. He did not even listen to what I was saying, and did not have anything viable to say about the fact that the “ready by” time on the email I received said 6:42 (almost half an hour after I called to cancel) all he said to that was “ha, that’s not a half an hour ma’am.” And continued to berate me about how awful I am for being stuck in traffic and not being able to get there before closing time.

If I could give them no stars, I would. The owner is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will NEVER go back to this location. I couldn't believe the way that he thought he could talk to his customers. I see many other reviews about this location that are very similar to my experience, yet they continue to let this guy own this store. Makes me wary to go to any location ever again.

I called to ask a very easy question before heading to the store and the guy was super rude and short on the phone. Upon entering to place an order, he wouldn't even let me talk and was annoyed at any question that I asked, barely acknowledging the questions, and when answered, answered in a very snarky rude way like I should know the answer. Called to order a pizza at 4:30pm yesterday for a 5:45 pickup, the man on the phone was very abrupt and stated I must get there on time because he had to close at 6 due to curfew (Okay no problem). I arrive at 5:35pm for my pizza and he was very rude and stated that I had to wait, because its not 5:45 and if I had shown up then I would have my pizza. I mentioned he didn't have to get so upset and asked how long and slid my credit card in to pay, he said "How about we just cancel your order and you take your business some where else" he hit cancel and walked away.
