Pershing Plaza — Attraction in Kenosha

Finally a place to trust! I am blown away at how honest this business is. I've brought both of our vehicles for oil changes & emission testing with zero issues, and my 2008 Dodge Caravan for several reasons, usually related to tires. Friday I went in for an oil change and the day before it started with a whining/singing noise sound from the engine, and ended with the Battery light coming on, so I asked them to look into it. Honestly, I figured it was a pulley or the serpentine belt. Kyle checked everything he could under the hood, including making sure there were no safety issues and did not find anything of concern. Recommended continued driving it over the weekend and if a battery light came on again to bring it in and he'd look into it further. Today is Monday and while it still "sings" on occasion, They could have told me it needed a serpentine belt, needed a new alternator, needed all kinds of work, but Kyle didn't! This is now, officially our go-to place for anything...

Drive through McDonald's was slow. The woman taking orders was very nice and friendly. She must be a newer employee. She is very happy, accurate with placing my order. This was a nice treat for a change to have a friendly employee that takes orders in drive Tru. She was an older lady, and really cared about the customers and accuracy of orders. The young girl was drawing a black star on the pick up window and could have cared less I was at the window, she just kept color the star in black that she had drawn on the inside of the window. She didn't say a word to me, not even thank you. I said hello to her when she handed my drink, but she just closed the window and continued to color the window. When she finally got Done coloring she handed me my order. I told her to have a nice day and she just closed the window without saying a word. And to think kids like her think they deserve 15 bucks an hour, unbelievable. The lady in drive thu taking orders and money was worth 20...

This is usually my McDonald's of choice because it's close to home. Last night I was in the drive thru for seven minutes with two cars ahead of me. It seems they were training a girl but she was left alone and was not confident period perhaps the trainer should have checked it out of her when things got backed up. I spoke to the employee the second window he seemed to know what was going on but nobody jumped...
