My first time ordering from this restaurant (Ubereats). Some of the dishes were hit or miss. We got the sesame chicken and fried chicken wings lunch special with egg rolls, 2 of each lunches, plus an order of crab rangoons. I’d give the food overall a 2.8 out of 5. Nothing spectacular honestly but for the price it was worth it. Not too expensive $50 for everything, 5 items. Large portions. The chicken wings were not good at all neither my husband or I enjoyed them. Crispy but the chicken tasted old and had an odd taste, edible but definitely not something we’d ever order again. Not like they weren’t made fresh but like they were sitting in the fridge/freezer for a long while. Plus they were small. The sesame chicken was really good though and probably the best thing we got. Crab rangoons were crispy after nearly an hour later of eating them, they were good. The sweet and sour sauce was very very thin and watery we didn’t bother eating it. Some parts of the rice was a slight bit crunchy/undercooked and didn’t have much flavor the onions were definitely needed to add more flavor. Didn’t really seem like fried rice more like white rice with yellow food coloring added. Egg rolls were the same, kinda plain needed soy sauce to add flavor but they were crispy. The food arrived fast and hot so I’ll give them that. They offered a lot of condiments and utensils as requested so I...
Read moreMy 1st ever visit. I ordered 2 large to go dishes plus a large side dish. Very nice person at the counter. He communicated very clearly and was friendly with the customers. I was told it would take 15 mins, it took only 10. The cost was moderate. I would have love to have chix egg rolls but only pork or shrimp were the options. Got home the main dishes were popping hot and the container was stuffed to the max. The extra side order the same! But the white rice with the order was not large, it was a small box. Actually 2 small boxes. I was expecting 2 large boxes of rice with the large main dish. The food was quite average in my opinion. I have had worse (not in town) Chinese food but this one was just ok. My dish was supposed to be spicy and it was not. They could have cooked it a bit longer to crisp up the breading a little. It was soggy/doughy. I will try it one more time to see if it is better next time. Otherwise, I'd be glad to go to the other place in town, now that Ming...
Read moreI've gotten good food here before until today I decided to choose something I'd never had before. The menu does not describe what literally anything is so you just have to guess. I got the vegetable chow mein with rice and have never been so disappointed. All I got in the container was salty, wet lettuce, onions, and celery pieces. I tried to salvage my Chinese food experience and not let it ruin my day but it did. The rice that came with the wet lettuce soup was extremely dry like it had been sitting out all day. Let's not forget the extremely unwelcoming environment. The boxes and boxes of soda taking up space on the booths make them seem like hoarders. The menu on the back wall is hard to read. And I see similar reviews on here so please listen to your customers. I will not be coming back...
