Even though the Google reviews for this location are abysmal, I was in the area from out of town and decided anyway to order a Detroit Style pizza and a drink on the app. Now I know why the reviews are so bad. I arrived early at the restaurant and checked my email in the car and saw the order was cancelled for some unexplained reason. Thinking maybe there was an issue with their credit card payments, I re-ordered and payed with Apple Pay. Order went thru and I followed the pizza making progress on the app as I sat in my car in front of the store with a clear view into the store. It didn’t take long for the reviews of unprofessionalism to be proven true. I watched as the one male employee came up from behind the female employee that was making a pizza and slap her on her butt. Then, when the pizza was done I got the notification that the pizza was ready but couldn’t be put into the Pizza Portal and to go to the counter to pick it up. Apparently the Portal wasn’t working as there were no pizzas in them. I went in, stood at the counter on the far left side, closest to the side where 2 female employees were standing at a counter across the way where the pizzas are made, no more than 5-10 feet away, clearly seeing me standing there. They choose to ignore me and chit chat while making pizzas. Another customer came in and stood at the counter, completely ignored also. He had to get the attention of the butt slapping employee that was in the back and then finally one of the female employees dragged herself away from making a pizza to come to the counter. I gave her my name and she said my order was cancelled since they don’t have any deep dish pizzas. A lie since they clearly do have them as they made one for me. I showed her the app that showed my re-order went thru and was ready for pickup. She looked off to the side on a shelf that had a bunch of pizzas stacked on it (why not in the portal or somewhere else to keep them warm?), saw my pizza, grabbed it and instead of handing it to me with a simple “Here you go, have a nice night”, she just dropped it on the counter in front of me and that was it. Not a word. She was done with me. Poor attitude to go along with her poor customer service. Really pathetic. When I got to the car and opened the box, it was really no surprise that the pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered one side with pepperoni and one side with jalapeños. Of course there was pepperoni and jalapeños on both sides of the pizza and not split up like I ordered. I also ordered it with extra sauce which apparently to whoever made it means I wanted a tomato soup pizza. There was so much sauce it was an inedible mushy mess. I didn’t even bother going back in to return it since I knew it would just frustrate me even more to deal with those people. I should have believed all the bad reviews and went somewhere else. This location needs to hire all new employees who actually care about their job and have an ounce of customer service skills. Avoid this location like the...

Dear Little Caesars Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your restaurant. On [insert date], I placed an order through the Little Caesars app at 6:48 PM. The app provided a pickup time of 7:15-7:20 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:10 PM and waited, expecting my order to be ready shortly. However, I did not receive my food until 8:02 PM—42 to 47 minutes beyond the estimated time.
To make matters worse, the food was clearly rushed and severely undercooked. The pizzas were so doughy that when attempting to take a slice, the middle caved in and stuck to the box. This issue was not limited to just one pizza, but both, along with the other food items I ordered. It was incredibly disappointing to bring home such poor-quality food to five hungry children, only to find it inedible. As a result, I had to spend an additional amount at McDonald’s just to ensure they had something to eat—on top of the $48 I already wasted on this order.
This experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable. I expect better quality and service from a well-established chain like Little Caesars. I kindly request a resolution to this issue, whether in the form of a refund or store credit, as the food provided was not edible or up to reasonable standards.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you for your time.

A year ago, this store was full of pushovers. People could come in with one slice of pizza left and an empty bag of breadsticks and complain they thought it was disgusting and get a free pizza. When you have 20+ people doing this, this slows everything down and you give away hundreds of dollars worth of product to people that are LYING just to get free food. Multiple people have had the police called on them about this and one has been arrested for doing so to other restaurants near this business, such as the McDonalds. This doesn't happen anymore. A year ago, this store was so mismanaged it hadn't pulled a profit in a years before. If it was a small business, it would have closed it's doors long before the new GM took over. The new GM got an award for her actions with the store in helping pull it out of the hole it was in. Granted, the store is not perfect. It's very difficult to find employees that are going to be loyal in the face of obvious hatred from the customers. Day in, day out, these employees, managers or crew members alike, are being disrespected and insulted for the hard work they put in. The GM puts in over 55 hours a week and is an insulin dependant diabetic who often has to pull an open to close because her employees flake.
You can get mad as much as you want that these pizzas aren't hot and ready when there's 20+ people sitting in the lobby. Just know I bet you that those 20+ people have at least ordered 2 pizzas each. You try pushing 40+ pizzas through an oven with one speed. But remember this.. These people work hard, very hard, and they deserve respect even when they aren't able to fulfill your needs within 5 minutes.
Don't walk in to this store when it's got 20+ people in the lobby and expect a hot and...
