So guys hereās the deal. I try not to be bash businesses ever local or corporate. However after this week and the way things happened I think it should be brought to the attention of the town. Do with the information as you will. Iām not asking people bash, name call any other bs. Iām just stating my experience so others can be aware. I went to PAPA Johnās Tuesday night after having worked all day. I was still in uniform. Had my kids in my SUV. I walked in to grab my online order since it was late we had just had soccer practice. A guy with long Stagily green hair walks up asks how to help me i said i was getting my online order. He said it wasnt ready yet. Looks at my badge. Grabs his drink frips his hair and goes to talk to another guy thats making pizzas on the prep line. Flipping his long untied up hair the whole time. Now im under the impression that food service employees should have long hair tied back. Especially in food prep areas. But idk. š¤·āāļø anyways he says something to the food prep guy he looks at me and says āOh her donāt worry about her sheās a cool copā and laughs and says something else to the guy. The green haired guy then makes another comment I donāt hear then looks back at me. Now my concern is if I wasnāt a ācool copā what would they do to my food? And if they donāt know me or other law enforcement/ emergency personnel basic people they donāt like what are they doing to Our food? I do know and understand this is always a risk when purchasing any food from restaurants/ fast food. But itās also a lot different when itās blatantly being said in front of your face. It honestly put a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing and I definitely wasnāt comfortable ordering from there anymore. I did send a complaint in which Iām sure nothing will change. But just be careful. Unfortunately with the climate of our country you just never know. Again do with this what you will. Maybe being overly sensitive but Iāve learned to follow my gut. And this didnāt sit well. The same āgreen haired managerā keeps posting in town groups making jokes about the situation...

The pizza we ordered was supposed to be specially made, and with the few extras we added, it made a $14.99 pizza come up to $26. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to be a half and half, and ended getting the whole pizza covered in the same toppings, including a topping we specially asked NOT to be put on it. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and this put a sour note on what was supposed to be a very special day. When I finally got someone on the phone after trying to reach them for 2 weeks, the manager basically called me a liar on how the pizza was ordered and only offered a basic free pizza code as a resolution, which wouldn't even cover what we spent in the first place. All I wanted was a refund and it was absolutely refused. Don't bother calling the corp number either because they just throw their hands up and say "oh well, it's up to the manager" This is the only Papa John's I've ever had an issue with, but I guarantee I'll never order from such an uncaring company again that decides the manager is right, not the customer. Best thing that could happen to this location is to be permanently shut down before these charlatans fleece another person out of hard earned money for a god awful over priced pizza and abysmal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate I decided to order from here again and went to open my food and whatever is in this is definetly NOT grilled chicken. I will attach the photo and I have had it now. You can see I clearly put grilled chicken and this looks disgusting! Another dinner ruined and money wasted. Will not be back!!!
Previous Honestly this store has bad reviews but we've ordered several times here and it hasn't been bad. We did have issues today in regards to we made a mistake with our order and noticed immediately. Called the store right away. (Called over 15 times) The phone either hung up or sounded like someone picked up a hung up. Started to get aggravated so Called Papa John's Customer service line.
They were able to get in touch and the store did fix our order, however when we received we were missing a Cheese pizza. (Got wings instead) Within 10 minutes of delivery we saw someone at our door and there was the pizza we were missing.
I do apperciate this store doing that and making the order right, however not being able to get in touch over the phone was an extreme and stressful head ache. If they could answer their phones I think we wouldn't have had this issue.
