I read the reviews how the wait staff caters to locals/regulars but decided to give it a chance because Iām working in town, wanted to catch the game and like supporting local businesses vs a chain when I travel. We walked in unsure if we sat ourselves or waited, so we waited for a while and then decided to sit down since no one acknowledged us standing there. We sat at our table (which was dirty) for almost 20 mins while multiple servers walked past and even served tables next to us with no acknowledgment. Keep in mind they were not busy. Iām not asking for a lot but a āhi, Iāll be with you soonā wouldāve been great. Nope. It was as if we were invisible. Needless to say I canāt comment on the food because I refuse to spend money at a place that supports this behavior, so we left and went to a chain restaurant. There was this black security guard standing in my way of the bar, so I asked him to please move over.
Not only did he refuse to move over, but he was giving me MAJOR attitude, trying to stare me down.
I told him you're NOT paid to be here to harras patrons. Your job is to ensure the safety of everyone's enjoyment, then I just left because I was completely and totally turned off.
I do NOT recommend this bar for the gross lack of respect that they show...
