The Cheese Steak Shop — Restaurant in Pleasanton

The cheesteak shop being one of my favorite restaurants throughout the bayarea, this one in pleasanton had a weird vibe. Let's just say that particular establishment isn't familiar with how most of America looks lol..I ordered through the phone for faster pick up. When I walked in the looks weren't of hate....but let's just say it was a surprise to them to see such a man who probably wasn't raised in there neck of the woods. The awkward greeting at the counter was...awkward...but by my surprise my order just so happen to not be found in the computer...in which I had to still wait as if I ordered inside...never woulda seen that coming sheesh...who woulda thought after entering such a welcoming atmosphere😊..this one gets 1 star...while I go give three other cheesteak shop 5 stars....great franchise...

Orderd on the phone told them Philly got her send it was different with tomatoes and lettuce can't eat tamatoes the supervisor on duty threw metal scraper in the fryer and got mad said I wanted her food I'm like I'm allergic and can't eat it I spend 48 dollars for 6 and got rude services and yelling​ d at never come here again been coming for 12 years the only person that was nice was the girl with glasses her name Chrystal she was very nice and apologize for her co worker attitude and yelling I want come here again all of my guest I ordered for got sick bad I think the person who did the yelling put something in our food not safe to eat...

I'm highly disappointed in this shop , first off the cashier is a great person extremely nice. But my order was completely missing most ingredients I purchased 3 sandwiches ordered 2 separately both King of Philly sandwiches were such a disappointment missing cheese & peppers. These sandwiches are not cheap . I called the shop was told I would get a call back concerning my issue. I know they were busy & maybe I got the wrong orders. But really feel I should have been compensated or at least one new sandwich. I came from Dublin this is my first time here & was highly recommend. Just feel...
