Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plymouth

Hold on tight because I have got a Dunkin' story that will blow your mind! Not all Dunkin's are created equal, but let me tell you, this drive-through Dunkin' located beside a Mobil gas station that also serves amazing pizza slices is the absolute best in the area! Unfortunately, work doesn’t always bring my by this location. And occasionally they’re out of a key item, because they’re so awesome customers come from far and wide to get their Dunks fix here. In those circumstances, I occasionally have to travel further to get my daily dose of a well-toasted bagel with cream cheese. And let me tell you, those other locations have been a disaster! But the staff at this Dunkin' are consistently excellent, accommodating, and simply delightful. They make me feel welcome and happy every time I pull up to the drive-through with my mobile order, even if I arrive after an unreasonable amount of time. In comparison, other Dunkin' locations in Plymouth and Kingston just don't measure up. Their staff doesn't understand what well-toasted means, and they seem to want me to get into a terrible accident while attempting to open a cream cheese packet. Come on, Plymouth and Kingston Dunkin's, step up your game and take a cue from this amazing Dunkin'!

After a brief closure for renovation, the original, frequently imitated, but never duplicated 131 Commerce Way Dunkin’ is back, and their team is ready to go and excited to be back to work. I got an enthusiastic welcome this morning and my bagel was toasted and schmeared to perfection! ...

This used to be a good location years ago but unsure why it’s gone down hill. They should find better staffing like the one in Kingston. In the last year, it’s been very rare that my coffee has been made correctly; it’s either made incorrectly, tasted burnt, or the customer service is lacking. Tonight I ordered a chorizo bowl with my coffee and instead was given a coffee made incorrectly with no food. I reminded them of my full order and they made me a vegetable bowl instead and charged me incorrectly twice. (It was late and only one other customer otherwise I’d understand) It’s a convenient location for me so I’ve accepted that it will be a hit or miss each time I order there. I play this little game in my head that goes like this: “I know what I ordered, but surprise me” then I accept whatever I get. So here I am fueled by a terrible tasting coffee while writing this honest review. Basically, after a year I’m done with this location and will simply drive a bit further to enjoy...

Went there this morning for 2 sandwiches. Given they were extremely busy it took a good 10 mins to even order. As I waited for my sausage egg and cheese and bacon egg and cheese the girl making sandwiches was complaining the entire time about how she had so many sandwiches to make right in front of myself and several other waiting customers. As that wasn’t bad enough she proceeds to turn to us with a nasty tone and look on her face to notify us that she had like 12 sandwiches. At that point another woman came over to help informing her that she told her to call her if she needed help. I finally get my order after a good 20 mins. Get to my car and it’s wrong. I got 2 bacon egg and cheese instead of what I ordered. I just want to apologize for inconveniencing your employee by ordering a product you serve and making her have to work. Great...
