They don't deserve a one star rating! I used drive thru and I did not see the ordering sign. The person at the window looked at me as if I had two heads! She was utterly rude disturbing and disrespectful. She rudely told that the drive up menu was behind me and I should order from there and that's why it was taking her so long to get my order ready. I informed her that I didn't see it and it was my first time coming to this location. She told me how could I miss that huge sign and that I needed glasses. At this point I am flabbergasted! I am spending my money and time at a place where the customer service is utterly useless and rude. Also to receive a coffee that has all ice and very little coffee! Shameful! However, there was not a hint of espresso in my coffee; it tasted like watered down coffee — just like the last time I ordered from Marylou's. What was confusing was that the girl who took my order smiled while handing me my drink. Lmbo. I'm not sure if leaving out the espresso was a mistake but, after trying this place twice (once for an iced coffee and the other for an iced coffee "with a shot of espresso"), I probably won't be ordering here...
