Do NOT even waste your time coming here, the heavy set guy is awful and extremely rude.My mother is currently battling stage 3 cancer and she has pneumonia. Unfortunately, she cracked her phone and it wasn’t working at all. I called customer service and he said I as her daughter could go in and get her new phone, he spoke to my mom on the phone. Last night at around 5 pm I entered this store and was immediately not greeted at all, first red flag. Second I walked over to the employee who was seated and he said “what do you need?” I explained the situation and he refused to help with my mother not present even if we offered to face time and her show her license everything was met with a rude NO! I left and as I was walking out two others came in and obviously had a similar experience with this rude employee and walked immediately right out shaking their heads. I had to get my mother out of bed and bring her to the store even though online it says open till 7 pm they were closed at 6:22 pm. We ended up the AT&T store over by 5 guys and the employee said that shouldn’t have even happened especially since I had my mom’s pin. He was extremely helpful and so kind. If you need to go to AT&T go to this store if. You actually want to get serviced or helped! Also, AT&T customer service informed me the other employee was completely wrong too! I went to the AT&T store at 33 Home Depot Dr in Plymouth, MA 02360 on 4/20/2024 after my son lost his Iphone. I contacted AT&T customer service by chat and phone originally. AT&T customer service wasn't helpful at all, so my son had to use an old phone with no service. I happened to see the AT&T store while getting gas in Plymouth and decided to pop in just before closing. Devontae greeted me with a big smile. I vented about AT&T's lack of help, and Devontae, without any fuss, asked for the iPhone number, looked my info up, then grabbed me a new SIM card. He fixed everything in a jiffy. It was SO simple.
His ability to turn a stressful situation into a seamless solution within minutes was impressive. If all AT&T employees embodied the same level of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency as Devontae, all AT&T customers would undoubtedly have consistently positive experiences....
Read moreI have to say that I am very displeased with the service that I received from this store. When you guys first came out with the AT & T streaming service. I went to this location and signed up for it. Upon signing up for it the Store Manager at the time stated that he was going to get me a $100 prepaid card. And I understood that it took a little bit to get to me. After a while I realized I didn't receive it. So I called the rep that I dealt with his name was Matt, and he was out standing! He stated that it was something that his manager was working on, so I was patient and waited longer. About a month ago I spoke to the store manager about this, he apparently took my info and was to research it, I am yet to hear back from him, ITS BEEN 9 MONTHS and i haven't received any sort of resolution to this issue.
