Pizza Factory & Steakhouse — Restaurant in Plymouth

Always fast for take-out & prices are good! I had to edit this review only because of 1 thing. My family, as im sure many others now, order online. We get the same thing for our dinner but I am unable to order our choices on The Pizza Factory's online ordering site. My husband always gets a small pepperoni pizza and my kids split a large cheese. On the site there is not an option to order a sm/lg cheese or pepperoni pizza. I can order speciality pizzas by those sizes but the cheeses & pepperoni are only offered by the slice. Im not sure if this was an oversight or if they had a reason for this but im hoping that someone there will read this & make a change to the online ordering system. If my kids didn't insist on this pizza & only this pizza id probably order from somewhere else just bc I do it from work and pick up on my way home, avoiding the phone call from my desk... which is not allowed. Aside from this 1 issue I am and have always been so pleased with the food, the prices and the service. 3/3 isn't something we get often at our local spots so I do love coming here. Went here on a whim after shopping. Walked in to the clerks just standing around, looking at cell phones and not really seeming interested in providing friendly customer service... (they definitely could have been cleaning this place instead of standing around) but what struck me the most was the fact that no gloves were being worn while preparing food, an employee had a broom in hand and then touched food that was being served. The napkin holders were really dirty, the area for condiments was dirty... would not go here again. No gloves and just unclean...

I checked their menu online and saw they had the steak tip dinner for $12.95, when I got to the store I was charged 14.95, and the portions they gave me were SO SMALL, I noticed as soon as he handed me the food, it was just feeling way too light... and note that I didn't add anything special to the order I ordered as it comes. Just save yourself the headache and go to family pizza on exit 6 their dinners are not only cheaper but they give you so much more food. 2 stars because the meat was really tender and...
