Churrascaria Brazilian Steakhouse — Restaurant in Plymouth

i feel bad saying this but please believe the 1 star reviews. i hardly write reviews but i just had to here. i took my boyfriend here for his birthday because he got out of work late and we couldnt make it to Rio down the road because they close at 8 so we settled on this place. we walk in and ask about how much things are, we here $29.99 then something about an extra $9.99 not really sure what. but we got out plates and started at the buffet which was a strange selection mostly salad…. pickles… very random things. we sat down and started eating, all of the bar food was cold. the veggies were chilled and the rice was hardly room temp. but we said nothing and ate anyways because the waitress was pretty nice, however didnt pay much attention to us. we ordered some mixed drinks, waitress was unsure what we were asking for. just a captain and coke, and cran vodka… we got the drinks and there was just a small a hint of alcohol in them. we also said nothing because at this point we kind of just wanted to leave. the chef/ meat cutter was very nice, came over frequently and gave great service. i feel bad because i felt my boyfriend was disappointed on his special day. the bill was $92 for a very very mediocre meal. PLEASE GO TO RIP BRAZILIAN STEAK HOUSE 10 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD THEY ARE...

Unacceptable and irresponsible could say that is stealing.

I went to eat with my family on 07/22/22 around 7pm, I was served by "Luciene" order #236015 In this place you serve your own food, which we did, I had 2 drinks from the refrigerator and my wife ordered water which was brought to the table.

We finished eating, I stand up and go to pay the bill where the cashier at and she tells me the total bill, which I paid and then gives me the receipt, I left the premises and I see that she charged me a 20% tip.

I came back to ask her: Why didn't you tell me or showed me the bill about the 20% added? She got really upset and told me: "It's like this in all the restaurants I go to" "Don't you give tips?"

She started judging me. I replied: "I'm not talking about tips here, I'm talking about you passing me the total value of the bill without mentioning or showing me is a charged of extra 20% of tips"

She gets angry and can't find a way to explain it to me and replies: "This is how it is here"

I replied: "I understand that tips are for the service and that have to come from the clients, not that you included in the bill"

She angrily tells me: "I don't need your tip, I don't need it, I'm going to give it back"

I found him very abusive and disrespectful in the way she responded to me and the treatment she gave me.

I love the food at this place but I think the way they are adding tipping in the bill without informing the customer is irresponsible and ill-intentioned.

I am very conscientious when giving tips for good service and attention but not like that. She handled herself really badly.

Fui comer com minha família no dia 22/07/22 por volta das 19h, fui atendido por "Luciene" nº 236015 neste lugar você serve sua própria comida, o que fizemos. Peguei 2 bebidas da geladeira e minha esposa pediu água que foi levada à mesa.

Terminamos de comer, me levanto e vou pagar a conta no caixa, Luciene me diz o total da conta eu paguei e depois me peguei o recibo, saí do local e vejo que ela me cobrou uma gorjeta de 20%.

Voltei para perguntar a ela: Por que ela não me falou sobre os 20% que foi acrescentado? Ela ficou chateada e me disse: "É assim em todos os restaurantes que eu vou" "Você não dá gorjetas"

Ela começou a me julgar. Eu respondi: "Não estou falando de gorjetas aqui, estou falando de você me passar o valor total da conta sem falar que tem 20% a mais de gorjetas"

Ela fica brava e não consegue se explicar e responde: "É assim"

Respondi: "Entendo que as gorjetas são pelo serviço e que tem que vir do cliente, não que você inclua na conta"

Ela me diz com raiva: "Não preciso da sua gorjeta, não vai me fazer falta, vou devolver"

Achei ela muito desrespeitosa y grossa na forma como me respondeu e no tratamento que me deu.

Gosto muito da comida deste lugar, mas acho que a forma como eles estão cobrando gorjeta sem informar o cliente é irresponsável e mal-intencionada.
