NEW REVIEW updated (March 13, 2020) (reduced to 1 star): I have been a regular customer here for about 3 years or more. After witnessing some incidents repeat, I decided it was not worth visiting this place anymore. The first incident I saw was when I walked in on an already occurring verbal altercation, where a customer was really angry and shouting at the employees at this branch, to which one of the employees also responded in a similar fashion angrily and rudely.
The second time happened about a month back (Jan/Feb 2020), when another customer had been in the drive through, was asked to move out of the drive through and was requested to wait for awhile at the curb for the food and that they would come out and give the food. Eventually, he had been waiting for a long time for his early morning breakfast and didn't receive his food, so he came back in and approached the McDonald's employee and politely explained him the situation. For no reason the employee spoke really angrily and rudely to the customer stating that the order had already been served and showed rude hand gestures to the polite customer.
Even though no one should be speaking in this manner to anyone. At the back of my head, the first time I gave McDonald's the benefit of doubt when the customer was rude and angry (but still condemn the way it was handled by the McDonald's employee), but in the second one I back the customer 100% (as I was here the whole time from the start to finish and knowing what occurred). The customer was polite, he didn't raise his voice and was just there waiting for his breakfast. Unfortunately in both incidents, it was the SAME employee who had been blasting at the customers. That was the time I decided, I am not going to come here anymore.
Even though nobody behaved with me like this personally, however, knowing that day may not be far away, I would rather stay away.
OLD REVIEW (3 years ago) (4 star rating): Cool,...
Read moreI woke up this morning in realization there is still time for me to run to McDonald’s and have some of their delicious breakfast (This location always has amazing tasting food). I was extremely excited so I threw on my coat and dashed to the store as quickly as possible so I can savor a warm and cheesy breakfast burrito and a crispy hot hash brown with some hot picante.
I arrived to McDonald’s with just 2 minutes to spare before they switch to their lunch menu - hoping there’s no line inside, I park and rush through the parking lot. I walk up to the counter and am pleased to see they’re still serving breakfast! Yes! The boy behind the counter was fiddling with the machine the enter 2 minutes I had left to order and the menu switched over to lunch before anyone noticed I was there (about 5 min later).
I was so disappointed and sad because I really thought I had made it in time for everything I ever wanted this morning. As a women came to take my order after noticing me I said desperately “can I please still order breakfast?” At this point I knew the answer was going to be “no” but I thought it was worth a shot since I had been standing there for a few minutes. She did say “no breakfast ended 3 minutes ago.” I pleaded with her letting her know a burrito is the only thing I came for and that I thought I had enough time. She sighed and said “ok fine burritos are easy. Anything else?” I requested a hash brown which she said would be a 3 min wait and I said that’s fine!
I then waited a few minutes got my burrito, hash brown, and hot picante and left the store extremely satisfied. On top of it all the food was top tier McDonald’s as expected! No McDonald’s has ever cared enough to do this for me in a situation like this and I am extremely appreciative of the women who allowed me to put in my breakfast order at 10:32am. I felt bad for pleading in order to get the burrito I’ve been hoping for and just wanted to say,...
Read moreWorst McDonalds ever. I’m not one to write a reviews unless it’s exceptional service or the worst service ever. This is one of those bad experiences. Every single time I come here, I expect the absolute worst. There has never, ever been a time they got my order right. Even when they read it back to me several times and confirm everything is in the bag. Ugh!! I completely get mistakes can be made during a lunch / dinner time rush but I was 1/3 people in the DT Line. The workers tried to argue with me last night over a small fry!! It was one elderly Hispanic lady who had a lot of attitude, and a younger Hispanic lady. Might I just add, I could understand everything you were saying in Spanish. Not slick, and you probably shouldn’t argue in the drive through window. I always order the $5 meal deal with upgraded drink and fry to medium instead of a small. I’ve came to this location before several times to get this order so tell me why this old Hispanic woman was trying to argue with me over it. She kept telling me for the deal you can’t upgrade. I told her I’ve came here several times and order it and have never had a problem AND if it wasn’t possible they should’ve told me at the order placing, instead of after they hand me the incorrect order. I offered to pay for an additional medium fry and they were refusing to let me. They said I can’t and that they can’t change anything now. Um! Yes you can! I said will walk right in and order it if I have to. So disrespectful…definitely don’t recommend this location. Also, I think it would be easier if they hire fully qualified bilingual speakers. It seems like most speak broken English. I get the impression this location was desperate for workers. I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a McDonalds in this...
