The owner is fair, informs you of the coins you have if you're not sure, and shows you up-to-date catalog prices and values and will give you a fair cut of the catalog price. The way he explains things is wonderful and concise and he makes sure that you understand. So many businesses have given up on giving good customer service . This is not one of those places! My family has coins from Europe, many that are in rough shape, and Mike took the time to identify each one; even a 1870s British coin that was barely identifyable. Plus, I'm a local teacher, and Mike helps me find foreign coins from Fiji to France to show the kids.
