El chido taqueria food truck — Restaurant in Plymouth

My experience this time is beyond disappointment. I went around 5:30pm and only a young boy was working. I ordered the quesabirria tacos but he told me they were sold out. It’s still 2.5 more hours before closure on top of construction. I just don’t believe service is that crazy to be sold out, but whatever. I decided to order 8 tacos of pastor and carne asada. The meat on both was VERY DRY, like it was reheated on the grill and not cooked fresh. I am quite upset and disappointed at the quality and service.

I’ve ordered before, around lunch time. The quality and service at that time was MUCH better than this. Moral of the story, avoid going after 4/5pm or if u only see a boy...
