MNPokePulls TCG — Local services in Plymouth

I purchased cards from this business on whatnot via a livestream on May 24th. By June 17th I still had not received the cards and been told multiple times that they were shipping out my order the next day, that there would be new tracking, etc. Finally, on June 17th I reached out to the owner, Connor, on Facebook. He told me that a worker had mislabeled multiple orders, so multiple people’s cards were shipped out to the wrong people. He showed me the cards that they still had from my order, and we figured out which were missing. On June 28th I finally received the cards still left in my order, and refunds for the four missing cards had been issued via whatnot. I left an honest review much like this one on their whatnot page, only to find out after checking again to see if they were live, that I had been blocked, I presume for leaving the review. Nothing in this review or that one was defamatory or untrue. I was given the run around for half a month about my order when the mistake could’ve been explained to me immediately. I should not have had to reach out to the owner on Facebook to figure out what was going on. Overall a really poor experience with this business. Connor told me if I wanted to shop with them again that he would take “extra care of me,” but I suppose that won’t happened since I’ve been blocked from shopping with them. I stopped in there today and I understand that their new store. But when I walked in. it seemed like it’s not very professional spot the Marijuana smell was super strong, where I would not want to bring my kid into A store like that nothing was priced and I don’t feel like asking prices for every single card every single slab every single sealed product I mean, yes it’s a new store, but before I would open a store, I would make sure that things were priced so customers know price and not price as you go. I'd highly recommend, and personally, to anyone/all ages. The store is incredibly fleshed out for only being open for 2 weeks- They've already hosted multiple events with vendors, and have been super active in the local community! As someone who's traveled to almost ever TCG shop in the metro and state, they have an INSANE amount of singles displayed; as well as an incredible sealed product selection. The owner (Connor) and staff (Mike) are friendly, proffesional, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.
