McDonald's — Restaurant in Plymouth

Went here because I figured it would be quicker than going to a cafe I had originally planned on getting breakfast and I was tight on time. There was only a couple cars in the drive though and one person ordering inside when I showed up. Waited 20 minutes before my coffee/sandwich came out and the lady told me it was wrong and immediately turned around and left I assumed to fix the order. After waiting another 20 minutes I was able to get a hold of someone (the manager I assume) she told me they will make the sandwich right away. I was very late for work at this point and had to ask for a refund as politely as I could muster as I had no more time to waste here. Manager then had trouble running the computer for this task and tried to short change me the refund, I could see she was ringing up random items from the screen on customer’s side. She seemed annoyed that I asked for ALL my money back for the zero service that I received. When she handed me the rest of my change she rudely waved me off and walked away. First time I’ve ever had to ask for my money back for anything service related. I’m a very calm and patient person but this experience had me boiling, I needed to leave as soon as I could. While I was in there several other people came in who had been waiting for 20+ minutes after ordering in the drive through asking where their orders were. This location clearly needs new management; there was zero communication between staff members. Everyone seemed to be running around doing their own thing. You don’t even need to be in there as long as I was to see that. I go to this location occasionally when I’m grocery shopping next door and usually have subpar experiences, but this was just a whole other level of terrible. 0/10 Went to work super late and...

I eat fast food maybe once a year, so it was taking me a couple of minutes to try to figure out their menu. The girl taking my order was extremely rude! She cut me off while I was trying to ask her a question about a breakfast sandwich. But she cut me off and said "can I take your order" a couple of times while I was still trying to ask my daughter what drink she wanted with her meal because they didn't have the drink she originally wanted, and again, "Ma'am, can I take your order". That's when I got frustrated and I told her to hold on a moment and I'd let her know when I'm ready to order Now mind you, nobody was behind me in the drive thru until I was at the second window, collecting my drinks and bag of food that was basically thrown at me! I say tbut even if there was, they have 2 lanes to order at) The person at the first window was nice and there was still nobody behind me.... I pull up to the second window, and as I said, the girl said,"here" and basically threw the drinks at me, which were like half full.I didn't pull away after she threw the totally open bag with the food and 1 napkin in it (for us to share I guess). I pulled the sandwiches out of the bag and both of them were wrong but my daughter didn't want to get anyone mad so she kept her sandwich and ate it. At that point, there was 1 car pulling up to the first window. I was banging on the window because there was nobody in sight. The rude lady came to the window and I told her the issue. I had to pull up to wait for them to make it right because she placed my order wrong because she was too busy squawking at me about taking my order....And not for nothing but $19 and change for 2 breakfast meals.... insane, I'll...

The guy at the counter was rude to my mom.. I said something g he got worse.. I asked for the manager and he was like so your order is fine.. He did not care at all that the guy mad my mom cry.. She is doing if cancer and does not need that in her life.. I even said that and he glared at me as we sat to eat.. My mom chose to throw away her good and leave she was so upset.. All because She was trying to make up her mind on what she wanted as its hard for her to eat now.. There was no one but us standing at the counter we were holding up nothing.. I mean what happen to customer service and hospitality.. I get that its fast food but still.. Would it kill you to do your job and put on a smile even if its fake.. I have worked hospitality my whole life and no matter how bad my day was I was never like that to my guest.. And a manager that does not care and was just as bad as him.. I get it you follow your leaders so in a way its what this guy has been shown by his bosses as they don't care maybe hate there jobs.. If you hate your job that much find a new one.. Life. I'd to short to be that unhappy at a place you spend most your time.. You can't even be nice to well sorry mom an old lady.. What is this world coming to.. Don't go here if you are looking for a nice family place that they might smile at your kids or grammy. If u r looking for fast food with a ugly attitude and are ok with dirty looks go here..
