Good luck here ! Rose and Vicki’s and getting way too big of a company to care nowadays… has been going downhill for some time now. Usually get a buffalo chicken tender sub with blue cheese - out of the last 8 times I got buffalo ONCE. Oh and getting your sauces?! Don’t expect them.. They probably managed to open their other locations of off sold but never given out items alone! It is so crazy that even a basic two topping pizza gets charged at two topping then I get one of the toppings I asked for? It’s like they’re trying to scam customers and see what they can get away with! I have stopped calling and asking for solutions to my wronged orders, maybe that’s my mistake, but I’m not going to call and get the run around by the girl at the front who can never find an order when I pickup then wait for a new sub that MIGHT be right while the rest of my family eats. Won’t even give them an A for effort because so many times I go inside and there are a dozen people hanging out. Do better Rosie’s - where’s the owner at?! I ordered a wrap and 7 chicken fingers. They put the wrong chicken on my wrap so I went back to return it for the right kind. They tried to make me pay half price for the new wrap when I didn’t want the first one. I called ahead they told me 15 minutes. I waited -0 minutes and drove back. I stood inside for 20 minutes waiting for my one wrap while about 10 other customers were coming in and out getting their orders faster than I did after I ordered ahead. While standing there I watched a girl cooking wear no mask. I asked if she could put a mask on and the manager in charge told me no that it was not in the rules. I stated I was a customer and it was my preference for the person making my food to wear a mask. Everyone but one girl cooking had a mask on. After saying this she still did not put a mask on. Rose and Vickies is awesome! The food is reliably amazing every time! They have the best pizza and subs.. and don’t even get me started on their chocolate treats. They’re Soooo yummy!

It’s conveniently right up the street from us. It’s our go to when we don’t feel like cooking or just in the mood to switch things up. Rose and vicks is kind of like oxygen is to my family. If it suddenly wasn’t there, panic would set in and I imagine we’d probably start to freak out a bit. It would get ugly fast. I can’t even think about that right now.
