Went at about 10:50, over an hour before close yet. Ordering at the mic was the only decent thing. He asked us first after handing us one soda if we want our receipt, and i said no. Having been just crying and tired, and already waiting a few min, it didn’t register he didn’t ask for our card or let us know the total at the window. I’ve only ever been asked the receipt question after I pay and I usually order online so I was just very confused. A minute later he gives us the second drink, just standing there, and then more waiting. Finally they almost hand me a bag but it wasn’t the right order. Took that back, waited even longer. I think we sat there 8 minutes about at the window and finally when he brought the bag to the window, he just stared at me and after I gave him a confused look, he told me I never paid. I’m sorry but the 8 minutes I was waiting there and you just awkwardly standing there or taking orders, you couldn’t have asked for the card? I felt like I was treated like I was dumb after that. I’ve never had that issue before, as I’ve explained before. And ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. I ordered no chipotle on my burrito because having issues with my stomach, I throw up very easily. And of course I get home and start eating and learn the hard way that they in fact kept the chipotle sauce on. AND. My friend ordered a power bowl, and my main burrito was the steak grilled cheese. Both have rice. No one informed us, with both meals having mostly rice, that they had no rice. The bowl was really only the toppings and my burrito was half sour cream and chipotle and half steak and chipotle. I have never had a good experience here, and we have given it so many chances but that’s the last time. If you want a good Taco Bell, go to Sheboygan on the south side. Super friendly, food is always on point, and I have never had any issues. Read moreMy husband was very excited to see this location advertising their breakfast on advertising from a previous order and when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker it was on the digital menu board. We realized we got there early so we waited in the parking lot, for about 20 minutes, and in that time the 2 employees came out for a smoke break and looked right at our vehicle parked 2 spots from where they were.The employees go back in from their smoke break and shortly after 9 am rolls around (opening time) so we drive to the speaker. We sat for about 10 minutes before a sarcastic "can i help you?" came through. My husband asked for a breakfast item and the woman simply said we dont serve breakfast here. Why advertise it in multiple ways if it isnt available? The employees never serve anyone, my friends all have gotten excuses like “we’re out of food” and one of them asked for a chicken burrito and they said “we don’t have chicken” then asked for beef instead and they replied “out of beef” my sister got "The computers are being updated an not working right now we will be back up in about 15 min" so they waited 15 min because they really wanted tacos and came back and he said the same thing. I got “our card reader is down” last time and just today I got “our hot water heater is down.” I also saw a customer sit inside waiting for service and leave because you can literally see them smoking in their car with the headset on losing the store money and getting paid. All of these instances have happened on separate days over several weeks. This is ridiculous and something needs to be done.
