I am a regular customer. As of lately the baristas in the morning have been extremely rude and disrespectful. For example one day I asked for cream cheese on my bagel rather than on the side. I then could hear the girl making my bagels say mean and awful things about me behind the window. I asked the girl at the window who it was and the baristas name was Emily. I wanted to write this review calling her out so that she knows how hurtful that was. I will not be returning to this biggby as that experience has ruined it for me. Usually I love this place and recommend it to friends. I typically come during the week and have great service. However, the other weekend I went and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 drinks and they were both wrong, I also ordered 2 sandwiches and they were undercooked, the eggs were cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Since it's not extremely cheap its disappointing to pay so much for breakfast and look forward to it only for it to be not what you ordered.

I prefer to leave this as private feedback for the owner. However, after several poor experiences and feedback received with eye-rolls, it was time to leave a review. While the breakfast options and coffee are fine, the customer service/baristas are rude at best. There have been inconsistencies with coffee orders and food items, and specials have been incorrectly messaged. I've left feeling frustrated more times than not.
