Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Town of Plymouth

This place is horrible.every.time. Whether you're ordering a chicken strip basket or a couple of ice cream cones, they always manage to get something in your order wrong. The waiting time is ridiculous, every single time I go through drive thru I have to repeat myself (I kind of wonder if they need new headsets... come on owners, provide decent, working headsets for your workers!) Also I think it's a little gross that at least one of the male workers in back wears gym shorts instead of black pants. I'm not positive, but I'd be surprised if that's not some kind of vio... anyway, I don't really know why I keep going back, not that I go there too often. My friend and I went here tonight and we started ordering and asked for chicken strips and they then informed us that they were out of them. So we ordered our other sandwiches and 2 things of queso fries. When we got our food and when we looked they had given us a wrong sandwich and only one queso fry. When we went back we were informed that we ordered the wrong sandwich, it wasn't their fault at all ,even thought we double checked the menu and it was correct. We were told they were out of ingredients for that sandwich and we only asked for one queso fry so all they could do was refund the one sandwich. Plymouth DQ is the best one to go to. The food here is flippin awesome! They have the real Sheboygan hard roll! The quality surpasses any other Dairy Queen out there. Try the steak sandwich. Staff is great. Take the kids to Fleet right across the street then do the DQ treat. Plymouth DQ is just awesome. While there check out the old pics on the wall. Make memories there to add to the history of one of the best burger/ice cream places ever. You don't know what you're missing till you eat...
