Have a really poor taste in my mouth after this experience. I want to rate higher because staff were very friendly and polite and the tires are good, the work looks good and the new tires ride well. But I just can't.
Called on a Thursday to ask about tires. They had a buy 3 get 1 free, but the woman told me it ended that day. I had to come to the store before 5pm to pay. Tried to pay online, wasn't an option. She wasn't sure when a new deal would be coming back. I had to act now...! Left work early and paid. Saw a price match guarantee listed and spoke to the woman about it. She said to bring in paperwork and they would do a rebate for the price match.
Fast forward 2 days to the tire appointment. Mind you its been 2 days. As I am waiting I see the buy 3 get 1 free sign still out. Same sign i saw when paying. I figured maybe it was just left out. I ask if they have any specials on tires and she tells me about the deal on the sign. I think maybe new brands, that would make sense. It was the same brand as Thursday.... I then ask about the price match and what specifically they needed. But im then told it doesn't apply to the buy 3 deal. Icing on the cake was listening to them tell another guy the same thing as I sat there. Deal ended Wednesday this time though....
To say I feel taken advantage of and deceived would be an understatement. They tried to get me to buy an alignment check and suspension check. How can I trust the work after this?! No way...

   Read moreThe Auto Center was a joke. I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an appointment, only to show up and they only had 3 tires on hand. They initially wanted to reschedule my entire appointment but I needed to get off a spare tire, which was met with a âwe will try to squeeze you inâ although I already had an appointmentâŚthey gave me two tires right away and made me come back TWO WEEKS LATER to get the other tires put on. On top of living 35 minutes away and having to make the hour long round trip on two separate weekends, when I asked if they would give me a discount or store gift card for the inconvenience they caused me, the auto center manager said âwe canât touch online ordersâ and refused to give me anything to compensate for the trouble.
I will not be going back any time soon and will not be recommending them to anyone in the near future.
EDIT: Updated 2/15/25 - was contacted once by customer support, I emailed them back and have never heard back from them. Very disappointed in this lack of care and again will not be recommending them to anyone...
