Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Pocatello

Stopped for eat in biscuits and gravy. I usually get them to go...but I was feeling hungry and I understood they had an AYCE option.....Well they have an AYCE option..it's almost twice as much as the original....in my case, I could have ordered 2 orders to go and been time and money ahead. I like shredded cheese on my biscuits and gravy...WELL after convincing my counter help that they could put cheese on biscuits and gravy, there was of course a charge...oh well...when my order came there was a VERY LIGHT dusting of cheese. I went to the counter and asked if I could have "more" cheese, the cheese police said "I could probably get you a little bit more", went to the back and brought me a teeny tiny sauce cup with maybe a teaspoon of cheese in it...I ate my biscuits and decided in order to get my moneys worth I should have some more...since the first serving is the same as a regular order. They brought me one more biscuit with plenty of gravy...no cheese...my server was prepared for my query and said "We can't put cheese on the second order, is that ok?"...apparently the cheese police in the back had spoken....I said no...can you add cheese if I pay extra? I gave him more money and he returned with cheese.......not bad food...but why is cheese such a heavily monitored commodity at Carl's jr.?...hopefully the cheese police sleeps well tonite knowing all cheese was appropriately monitored and...

The 1 star in no way reflects the staff especially the fella who was the cashier in the Sunday shift last weekend. Poor dude was on crutches and was still extremely friendly and very nice to my 4 year old son. Looking at the reviews you can see the last two years has definitely been a downtrend for this place. Seems like the owner needs to step up their game when it comes to how they treat their staff. I've yet to have an employee be rude to me, but all of these people seem like they are unhappy working there. You go across the street to taco bell, and those employees seem so much happier. For the love of all that is holy deep clean the play area! And I don't mean assign the task of cleaning this monstrous toy to your already underpaid staff. Hire a professional to actually clean it! My son absolutely loves coming here but when I have to go into the toy to peel him out of there to leave (if you have kids you understand lol) I immediately want to go home and shower. I get it, kids are messy sticky little monsters, but this toy has not been cleaned in quite some time. The food has definitely gone downhill the last two years. Between the quality and the poor preparation of food (miserable employees don't produce quality work) I feel like I am throwing my money away...

Horrible service. My mom and I came here to get a quick dinner and when we went inside employees were counting a till which was just fine and the nice guy told us it would be just a second. He was clearly new and counted his till wrong I believe her name is Natalie came up and told him she would show him how to do it “her way” then counted it and didn’t show him anything. This went on for at least 10 mins of us just standing there waiting. During this whole time of waiting a customers food sat in the window all done while they were out front just waiting. After ordering our food a car pulled in the drive through and she went “ughhhh” and rolled her eyes at the new guy. We then got our food went to the car and started eating and the poor car was still sitting in the drive through. Very disappointing seeing such bad service. And I hope someone steps in to help the new...
