I pretty much only order through the mobile app because my drink orders can be lengthy and specific, especially because every milk based drink I get has to have coconut milk. This store in particular store doesnt seem to reset their inventory when they get things back in stock (they’ll run out of something for a drink, the app will show this, but when they get that drink back in stock, the app will still show as not available at this store). This happens mostly with the seasonal drinks, so because those come and go, they reset every year. Their iced passion tango tea has shown as sold out for over two years now. I know it’s a total first world problem to have to verbally order it at the drive through, but half the time I order an iced passion tango tea LEMONADE, it’s only the tea, and they either have to remake it, or I don’t realize it till I’ve already gotten home. My drinks are always more accurate when I order them through the app, and it’s just easier all around to order and pay ahead. Read moreThe were six people behind the counter, I was the only one standing at the counter trying to order and one barista kept telling me she would be right with me, but she just kept putting food items into the warmer over and over. Vehicles that had gotten into the drive thru when I walked in had already left with their drinks. Finally, I left the register and went to the bathroom. When I was done, she was still making food. Luckily, another barista was at the register, I ordered a blonde roast with some half and half, but the blonde roast was too old, so he suggested Pike roast, but that was too old as well, dark roast was the only option, so I had to order that. The whole ordeal took so long that when it was given to me I just left without checking. After getting on the freeway I discovered they didn’t add the half and half that I asked for. Read moreI come into this store at least 4 or 5 times a week. I used to tip on the app until I started not getting greeted when I come in the door. Then if I do get acknowledged I go to the app and add a tip. Every single time I go in there they look at me, don't greet me, smile or anything. Today I went in there to get my venti with extra shot, the kid looked right up at me and didn't smile, greet me or anything. So I am not changing my tip today. I can't help but think they look at the order and if there's no tip they don't even bother with you. This is disheartening. I should be treated good no matter what. I hope they see this and know that I base my tip on the way I'm treated when I walk in the door and that I hope they start acknowledging everyone no matter what.
