Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pocatello

I was a long time customer of Taco Bell until the end of July. I have severe health issues even though everyone thinks my health is top notch just because I walk. The transportation choices in this town leave me no other choice. The point is when I need to sit down and rest it's a. necessity. I left my water bottle at home. because I was in a hurry. It was the end of the month and I only had six cents to my name. I stopped in and asked for a small cup of water, the waitress said that would be 1.30 , I said is this a joke? Then she said oh my mistake, 36 cents. Since I did not have the change she was going to deny me a cup of water. She finally gave me a cup when I pointed out she tried to charge me 1.30 I called the manager and she said they were.charging for the cups and had to do it but admitted that the small cups are not 1.30 She also said they had to charge for the cups. You really don't.,Jack -n- the box has courtesy cups and that is where I am taking my business. YOU KNOW, I spend a boatload of money at your store at the beginning of the month. Notice I haven't in at all this month? And I won't! Word of advice, don't treat your customers like nobodys at the end of the month. Also I have seen your cashiers give out free water to other people so you practice favoring one customer over another. At the end of the day was it worth losing a customer over a small cup of water? BE...

Visited today at 2:54 pm. Restaurant was completely empty. Cashier named Thomas was very nice and polite and knew the menu and answered all my questions without hesitation. I ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito 🌯 and of course his job is to try and up sells. He asked if I wanted extra beef or sour cream or cheese? I found that interesting until I received the burrito that looked nothing like the picture displayed on their menu. Needless to say I was disappointed with the amount of beef in this item. It was almost non existent. It reminded me of the old Mexi Melts they used to sell. Just tortilla, cheese and pico sauce and a teaspoon of meat. The quality of this item is sad. The competition Taco 🌮 Time right down the street gives more meat in their items. If I wanted a vegetarian burrito I would have asked for one. Meh. Not a good experience. I will attach pictures. Other than the friendly cashier this was a waste of money. I will go to Taco 🌮 Time next time. I also ordered Nachos Bellgrande. Where is the grande? The container keeps getting smaller and the price keeps going up! $4.39 for a small side dish? Sad... I noticed several members of the crew had green, pink and purple hair.. not professional. Alyssa ROCKS! She helped me with a dash order a few weeks ago and we had problem after problem with the dash company. I have been meaning to write a review about this experience for a few weeks now and finally have the time. Her customer service and understanding are impeccable. Her communication with third parties and her customers she is personally working with are something to be admired. She has wonderful skills in solving problems that arise in her workplace and she focuses on solving the problem not just handing it to someone else. I appreciate this about this individual. If she is not in a management position already, I feel she would make an amazing candidate and bring so much to the table if given the chance. I hope she contines to exceed at her place of employment. It is my wish that she has a chance to read this review as well and it brightens her day! You are rockin' it, girlfriend! Keep up the outstanding work!
