I left a review here over a month ago which is below and today Friday May 10th bagel and go finally got back to me. Instead of addressing my concern about the soap flavored breakfast sandwich and the extremely overpriced food, he told me to keep trolling. So on top of the soap flavored food and the high prices. I want to add arrogance, and un professional. You may not like my review but I'm being honest. So get over it and do better! Your prices are only high because you're across the road from Great Wolf Lodge. Let's be honest.. maybe you should read all the other one-star reviews saying the same thing I am. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. And you're only as good as your weakest review. Maybe just maybe if you were more focused on the locals instead of the tourists then you might have better food and better prices and better reviews. Below is my previous review which remains unchanged! Have a peachy day!
Disappointed, over priced. But friendly. The last time I went there was last week. the breakfast sandwich tasted like they didn't rinse the soap completely off the dishes before using them. Plus every other breakfast sandwich shop or bagel shop in the Poconos is significantly cheaper and tastes better. 8 dollars for a sausage egg and cheese is absurd. Every other place up here charges 4.99 for the same sandwich. This isn't NY buddy, it's...
Read moreReally good! Pleasantly surprised with this small bagel shop. There are a lot of menu options so there’s something for everyone. I ordered an egg, cheese, & turkey bacon on a toasted egg bagel. (Pictured) Delish! My husband ordered an egg, bacon, cheese, salt/pepper/ketchup on a toasted onion bagel. He said it was good! For 2 bagels, it cost about $20. The bagels aren’t greasy or ‘leaking’ like most do. Good meat/egg/bread proportions. 🥯
It’s made-to-order which was great. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes to make a sandwich with fresh ingredients. They have different coffee-drinks to choose from as well. This place has authentic vibes and would recommend this as a quick grab while on the road or heading into work. You can tell there are high standards here!
There is indoor seating & some tables outside if you want to sit &...
Read moreVery nice place, the couple that runs the place is very friendly. They have a large selection and they are ready to serve. There's a wide variety of bagels to choose from also, and they are good. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because of their prices. $13 for a bagel with lox and cream cheese is too much. They offer real lox and cream cheese and they offer a lox and cream cheese spread, the spread is about $6, the real thing is $13. If you are in thr area visiting take the trip up to Honesdale and visit Vinny's, bagels made fresh on-site daily, the bagels are to die for and the prices are lower. Worth the trip for sure. While you're there stop by Reno's for pizza on...
