After hearing a great deal about this spot I was finally able to get in and give them a try. I know a lot of people who have strong opinions about food and they all said they loved it here so I was eager to see if I agreed or not. So...I did. The owner gave me a sample of their buffalo blue chicken pasta salad to start...not a bad way to be welcomed in somewhere huh? The chicken was not dry and the flavors of the buffalo and the blue cheese both came through nicely without anything being overpowering. I would definitely order this as a side dish on future trips in, and trust me, there are going to be future trips in. For my sandwich I went with the "Nick's Pick", just made too much sense right? Even if it didn't have the owners name on it though, this was the one that jumped out immediately to me. Chicken Cutlets, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and "Big Belly Sauce" (which I found out was a house made variation of big mac sauce with some added horseradish) on a seeded semolina roll. All of this is 100% up my alley so the decision was a no brainer. A few things I would say to be prepared for is firstly, these are not the chicken cutlets you're used to getting if you normally order a sandwich like this from NY or NJ. That's not necessarily a bad thing by any means, just don't expect that Italian seasoned bread crumb and super thin cutlets. These are hand dredged and fried to order though and they have a nice crispy crunch to them. Secondly, this sandwich is massive. I'm a big boy and I was effective at eating exactly half before tapping out. Lastly, ask them to melt the Pepper Jack if you want it melted. That would be the literal ONLY knock I could provide on this sandwich at all is that the cheese wasn't melted. It's a preference thing and that might be how 99/100 people prefer it, but next time I'll personally ask for it melted. Toss in the fact that it was like $12 and I could get two meals out of it....absolute no brainer of a verdict. Nick's Big Belly Deli in Scotrun, PA - Didn't Suck!

So this place isn’t a “pizza” place but it should be. Tourists skip on the other places and GO HERE. you will not be disappointed. They’re only missing garlic knots!! This is one of the best food places in the area for sure. Prices are great as well!! I always am driving to Easton/Bethlehem because food in the area doesn’t meet my standards. I struggled finding a classic New York style margarita pizza (different tomato, and different cheese) this places has one of the best margarita pizzas I ever had. Their sauce is phenomenal. Their wings are some of the best wings I’ve ever had, wish they had more sauce choices but it seems like all the sauces are homemade and delicious. BBQ sauce is perfectly Smokey and not too acidic. Get the wings!! But they’re big and perfectly cooked. Sandwiches are super fresh. The bread is soooo soft. They PACK The meat. The bread is FRESH. The subs, “hoagies” bring me back to New York. I absolutely love this place and will become a regular customer here. (Wasn’t a huge fan of the Philly cheesesteak it was too salty and “mushy”for my taste.) but I am looking forward to trying everything else! You know the food is good when you completely forget to take pictures of it!! Will update more pictures next time. Thank you and wish this business a bunch of success!

The cheesesteak had a great flavor and was juicy, perfect for that not-too-soggy bread at the end. The onion rings are crispy, not over-breaded or over-fried, and break quickly with a bite. The sauce is excellent but has too lovely heat at the end. As a Texas-learned BBQ smoker, McCormick sandwich hit it right. So as someone who likes their pork with vinegar and salt(yup, from the Carolinas, I am), this sweet pork butt with the mac n cheese on top was, awww, man in my belly lip smacking, gotta take a nap portion significant. The chocolate cannoli cake was just that. The frosting was thick chocolate, not sugary or whipped, but that was great. I recommend you get the cake to go so it sits for 10-15 min at room temperature, and you get all the goodness it offers. Nick, man, you did it right here, thanks. I also want to note that the items to drink and pre-packaged desserts were from small businesses. The joes lemonade from Elizabeth, NJ, Zimmerman iced tea a blast from my humble Pocono beginnings and the filled cookies from Saddle Brook NJ. It’s nice to see this, and it's appreciated.

My first visit there was on my birthday at the end of February. A dear friend urged me to step in and try this place out and I'm glad I did! The person who greeted my woman and I was very friendly and accommodating to us. So many choices. I went with my gut, literally! The easy one for me to pick was the Brostwich: Grilled chicken, bacon, crumbled Bleu cheese and spicy ranch on Texas Toast put on a Panini press. The sandwich was absolutely flavorful and the chicken was nice, juicy, and tender. Overall banger! My next pick was The Rush Kid. Homemade Flatbread with Chorizo sausage, jalapeno, pepper jack cheese, and also spicy ranch dressing. This one will kick your butt if you're not ready for it but it's wonderful! It's introduction is pretty spunky. It will bite you back! But it's finish is punchy and flavorful. Not for the faint of heart! But it is so WORTH IT. When you step in you will notice the menu behind the counter. You will have a hard time deciding because it all seems so good. Well, it is all so good! I plan to go back for one of their wood fired pizzas in the future. Maybe YOU want to try one of those! Oh, and make sure you grab a menu on the way out(after, of course, you investigate their sweets and freeze dried treats they also have) GRAB A MENU! You're gonna need it for...
