The Coach Outlet at the Pocono Premium Outlets is seriously impressive. The store is massive with tons of space to walk around and browse without feeling cramped. Everything is displayed nicely so it’s easy to shop and actually enjoy the experience.
There were so many options. Bags wallets accessories shoes you name it. Whether you’re looking for something classic or more trendy they had a little bit of everything. I saw lots of styles I hadn’t seen online or at other locations and many of them were marked down a lot. It felt like a real outlet experience with solid deals and plenty to choose from.
The staff was friendly and kept the store looking clean and organized even though it was busy. They were available to answer questions but didn’t crowd you which I appreciated. Checkout was fast too even with a line.
I also liked that they had plenty of stock in the more popular items. It wasn’t one of those places where everything good was already picked over. There was still a great selection even later in the day.
If you’re into Coach or just want to check out some high quality items at a good price this is definitely a place worth stopping into. One of the best stores in the...

I live 2 hours away, so returning to that store is not an option. The Outlet referred me to Coach Customer Service, who will send me a return label, but I still have to pack it up and drop it off at the nearest UPS location, and will not be able to get this same wallet as it's out-of-stock (and the nearest outlet is 45 minutes away if I want to find a similar one).
Customers should NEVER have to check to be sure a Coach item hasn't been previously used, and should NOT have to go to any effort to be made whole when something like this happens.
Additionally, the first guy I spoke with at Customer Service left me on hold for over 10 minutes after taking my info and never returned, however a wonderful woman named Tamara picked-up the call and took care of me (Tamara deserves 5 stars, and is the reason I didn't leave 1...

I visited the Coach store because I was looking for a specific item; a small handbag appropriate to carry during conferences. I happened to be attending an investment conference this week in Pensilvania.
This was a good visit. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. The was no pressure as I shopped but I was offered help a few times as I walked around. I found exactly what I was looking for and was offered a coupon. (Which did in fact get me to spend more!)
This store is large, clean and with a great selection. The prices are steep but hey, I expected that. So for folks on a budget, maybe don’t shop outlets too often.
Lastly, this is an LGBTQ friendly place, and an LGBTQ friendly organization, they store layout is accommodating to people with strollers or accessibility needs. Plenty of party...
