Wawa — Restaurant in Pocono Township

I come to this Wawa almost everyday. I never had a problem until today. I got a Red Bull and a five-piece chicken finger. The guy at the register charged me for two Red bulls plus the chicken fingers. He then supposedly credited me back the one Red Bull but I never received the credit through my bank. Then he told me I got the other Red Bull for $1 which was also false. Yes they were very busy but that is no excuse. If you don't know how to run a register properly, you should not be working at one. I had to contact the Wawa corporation to file an official complaint. I will keep this review updated. If they grant me this complaint then I will change my review. Until then it will stay at...

I have to admit. I was the first one to get upset when I found out they were tearing down the historical tannersville inn to put this place up, but now it's like a second home. There are two places I go every day, dunkin and wawa and I love them both. The staff is so nice and always accommodate me, they go out of their way to make my coffee a certain way or make me a sizzley fresh if they have what I am looking for, and I look forward to seeing them every day..they really are all around amazing..it's always clean, they do a phenomenal business and they also handle stress of a rush really well..I will absolutely continue to frequent there....

The worst Wawa l have ever been to. Usually Wawa is efficient and fully stocked. At this location, its awful ... Always a line with only one cashier. They rarely have sizzlis ready to go so you have to order something instead. Takes longer. Food takes forever. No sense of urgency from the staff. While waiting for my food an employee was performing a song for his coworkers while they focused on him, not focused on completing orders. Even simply paying for gas was an ordeal. He kept ringing up the pump number, not the amount. Stay away, very poorly managed and staffed. Plenty of other options in...
