Cocca's Pizza — Restaurant in Poland

We love this place and rarely have any problems. I won't let a few bad times keep us from it however This time I am a little more upset than usual.

We ordered delivery which we rarely do but I was exhausted and decided to just get delivery so I could shower, take care of our kids, and just get a few minutes of peace before bed. I expect it to take while. I work in food I assumed it was busy it's sunday and nice outside. I also get that they might have gotten some phone calls because everyone's order is running late. I did not appreciate being talked to so rude because I called to inquire about my order that was supposed to be delivered an hour ago wasn't there and I wanted to make sure that it went through. I was told "as I said we only have one driver and he has been taking multiple orders" and that's all she kept saying she never asked my name just assumed that I had kept calling. So here we are an hour and a half and almost bed time with no food or answers as to if my order is even on it's way because I was totally disregarded as a repeat caller and then hung up on. So to feed my children before bed I have to cook which is exactly what I was trying to avoid as well as a late dinner and I can only imagine the quality of food that I am about to receive. Placed an online order for delivery from the Poland location, order never came. When I called to let them know was told that the order had been left on my porch. I had requested that it be left at the door however it was not on the porch. The employee said they rang the doorbell and knocked but we hadn't heard anyone at the door and the dog hadn't barked. I tried to ask questions that would verify that it was actually my house however the employee kept saying that they had done their part and I had not done mine, then she hung up on me! The next day I found out that the order had been left on my neighbors porch and they had assumed it was a gift from a business client. While happy that my nice neighbor received a treat, I can't believe how poorly we were treated. Instead of trying to figure out what had happened to the pizzas, the employees were treating us as if we were liars or completely crazy. I hate to give a bad review and have never in my 50plus years but the service in this instance was...

I am incredibly disappointed in my experience today with the Poland location. This was literally my absolute favorite pizza place and I order from here all the time. My friends ordered some food for our party tonight and we got 40 wings but most were raw. :( My husband called to let the location know and the manager was absolutely unprofessional ('what do you expect me to do about it?' 'we cook them all the same way,' arguing with us that she didn't have an attitude-type responses). We did not call to complain or argue, we just wanted to either get a replacement order or a refund because it wasn't cheap and it was for a party. We ended up having to call the Boardman store and the manager there was much more respectful about the situation. We are currently awaiting a call from the District Manager about the situation, but to be clear, it's not about the wings at this point, its about the unprofessional behavior of the manager in the moment that we were seeking assistance.
