Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Polk City

I ordered pizza at 7:42 after a hour pizza never arrived so I called back someone told me he forgot to get my address so I had to reorder everything when food did arrived at 10pm it’s not what I ordered I called right away and ask for a refund and they can get the food back or for them to straighten it out ( because at this point I was frustrated) The manager told me his general manager couldn’t talk to me I had to call him back in the morning mind you it’s a hour before closing then I’m complaining about me missing a large pizza that I paid for And a general manager tells me to call back tomorrow He didn’t say he’s going to look into it nor straighten it out or send the pizza I paid for he told me to call him tomorrow so basically I spent my money and my family has only one pizza when we ordered two. I will never waste...

Went to go get my lunch in my work uniform. The man asked me to wait so he can finish what he had already started. I'm fine with that, as I waited I noticed that he had no gloves on picking through all the containers where the cheese pepperoni meats and other vegetables were. I looked around to see if there was any gloves anywhere, didn't see any. Men then continued to start making something else instead of just giving me my pickup order. I did ask him if he could please give me my pickup order. When he gave it to me I asked him if there was no gloves in the store. When he then told me they don't have to wear any. Which came to a huge surprise to me. I took my pizza but was unable to eat it after seeing him rummaging through all the containers with no gloves on. Such a huge disappointment from...

All the men working making pizzas and all needs to wear hair nets and beard nets or get hair cuts and shave. And every one should be wearing cloves and needs to wash their hands after handling money. Money is the most dirtiest things you can touch.

Well this will be the last time I deal with this place from two months ago no changes has been made with the hair and beards. If men working and handling and preparing food want to have long bushy hair and facial hair they are required to wear hair and beard nets by the state health department. But I guess Domino's don't have to follow those laws. And when I ask for light sauce on my pizza they don't put any at all. So I will not spend another penny with this place.
