AMA Donuts — Restaurant in Pomona

I gave this establishment a second chance after a previous bad experience of being overcharged Sadly, The service here really hasn't improved at all. Not only was I charged for a doughnut I didn't receive but the lady working Monday am April 24 2023 at 10:12am only spoke Spanish a problem when you only speak English but tried telling me the total in Spanish and I didn't understand a dam word. If you are going to do business in the United States of America you need to know English as well as Spanish otherwise like me your customers will go elsewhere. Good bye 👋AMA doughnuts you lost me as a customer. I'm going elsewhere. No longer worth it. You took the Joy out of buying my favorite doughnut. Please learn how to run a business....

First off. Do not let the appearance of the this place ruin your preconceptions about their doughnuts and coffee. Top notch in quality and taste. Health code rating is A, the staff is friendly, and they have one of the best ham and cheese croissants. If you want the classics this is the place to go. Seating inside was not yet open but there is room to chill outside but no tables yet....

Been going to this donut shop not often but love there donuts cause dad brings it home. Its a core memory and it's fun to go get some donuts so early and a Snapple.
