On the evening of March 22, 2024, at approximately 7:14 pm, I arrived at the specified location to collect an order that I had placed over the phone. Upon entering, I proceeded to the register and provided my name, indicating that I was there for order pickup. The transaction was facilitated by a white male employee, who assisted me in paying for my order. After completing the payment process, he retrieved my food and placed it on the counter. I expressed my gratitude by saying "thank you" to which he responded with a notably strange and rude look, omitting the customary "you're welcome" expected in customer service interactions.
This incident left me perplexed as the act of acknowledging gratitude with a simple "you're welcome" is a standard part of customer service etiquette. Despite this interaction, I must acknowledge that this was my third visit to the establishment, and on this occasion, I finally received pizza that was not burnt—an improvement from previous experiences. However, despite the improvement in food quality, the unprofessional behavior displayed by the employee in response to a polite gesture has left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I have decided that I will not be returning to this location in the future, primarily due to the uncomfortable experience encountered...
Read moreOn the glorious night of 10/16/2024. Wow, what an experience! I called in to place an order and was treated to the soothing sounds of the phone ringing for what felt like an eternity. It's not every day you get a full concert of dial tones and hold music before even speaking to a human being. Five stars for the patience-building exercise!
When I finally arrived (before closing, mind you), I was thrilled to see the staff working so hard... at closing up! You could just tell they were so eager to finish their shift that taking orders was obviously a secondary priority. I mean, who can blame them? I'd be annoyed too if I had to actually answer the phone!
The best part? When we got there, the doors were already locked! Guess they were just that eager to get everything done early. Nothing says “welcome” like being greeted by a locked Door while the lights are still on inside. Such a refreshing twist on the whole "customer service" thing. All in all, an unforgettable experience – can’t wait to do it again when I’m in the mood to be to get pizza...
Read moreOrdered a 3 Ingredient pizza on the phone. asked for it to be made fresh & not one that's been sitting in the heat box for an hour. I arrived 10 minutes later, paid & waited another 20 minutes. Finally I asked how much longer? They said "Oh" it's ready but my pizza had been sitting in the heat box the whole time I was waiting & it was COLD & they only gave it to me because I asked for it. BTW It was NOT fresh, all they did was throw some cold olives on top of a lukewarm pizza. At least the Mgr. apologized. If you want fresh pizza DO NOT COME HERE they will ONLY give you what's already been sitting in the heat box and throw any xtras you want on top of it COLD. Yes, it's cheap but if you order a pizza & pay with U.S. currency, at least it should be...
