I don't usually do reviews BUT AFTER THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE TOO. Last night 8/3/18 around 10:30 PM. My bf and I ordered a happy meal (for our little one), two cheeseburgers (NO MUSTARD as he is allergic to it), large fries, and coke. We paid, we were on the 2nd window to get our food. I didn't see a label on the cheese burgers as they usually put if you don't want mustard. So I asked the female cashier on the window to confirm they didn't have mustard. The girl on the window was maybe a lead idk but she was the RUDEST, and I mean RUDEST person ever! She said "well you didnt ask for no mustard." I said yes I did. "She said no you didnt but whatever I need the burgers back" i gave her the burgers she took them fast from my hand about to cut me with her nails, and she yelled at her staff saying "omg re do this without mustard . Another staff member made fun of us and she said omg I know, then she yelled at the guy taking orders to repeat back the orders to the customers because apparently we dont know what we order " I was in disbelief at her attitude and I said omg are you serious?! The coward lady send another girl in her place to give us the food which we ended up throwing away. No one wants to eat food that probably got spat on. To sum it all up, worse customer service from an adult woman who acts like a child. I hope she finds something to make her happy as she is clearly a bitter woman that...
Read moreI placed my order through the app and patiently went through the drive-thru to collect my food. Specifically, I requested no onions. However, much to my disappointment, when I checked before taking a bite, guess what I found? Onions! It's disheartening that despite clearly indicating my preference, they still managed to include onions in my burger.
This particular location previously served me excessively salty fries. I couldn't even finish them due to the overwhelming saltiness. Consequently, I've learned my lesson and started asking for no salt. This way, if there happens to be any salt on the fries, it's typically due to residual cross-contamination from another batch.
On a positive note, I can at least say that this time, my fries were devoid of salt. It's just disappointing when simple requests like no onions or reduced salt aren't given...
Read moreI usually do not right bad comments to businesses but I cannot pass this one. This morning I have ordered 3 senior coffees and 2 how water and few more items at McDonald's. They say have to charge for cup of hot water and they would charge $1 per hot water, it was quite unreasonable but I told them charge it when if they have to. When I see the receipt, I found that they charged me $2.98 for two hot water, shown on receipt as two decaffeinated coffees. This is not the fair way to business nor treat customer. I had met manager and submit my official complaints. Manager say she will refund $1 as apologies, I refused to get $1 refund since my complaint is not to get refund, it is way of treat regular customer.
