If you don’t care about awful service this is the place . And if I could give no stars I would. I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and each time has been unpleasant. It’s the attitude and wrong orders I get. This time the woman who started my order couldn’t hear me and I tried to repeat my order. I could hear the frustration in her voice then I heard a male voice and had to start over again. He was very pleasant and had no problem hearing me. I get to the window and see a few ladies talking/mingling. I say good morning because one woman was turned facing me and she completely ignored and turned the other way. I look past it and waited for my 2 orders. I receive my order and asked the lady the name of the other woman (who ignored me). She replied they couldn’t give out names. I then said, oh okay well I was just trying to say good morning to her. They both did an eye roll, laughed and said nothing. The one woman closed the window so I left. My husband and I both discovered our orders were not what we wanted. We had a latte that was watered down and hardly any milk in the hazelnut shaken espresso. Read moreNormally the service here is good but today (October 5th at around 12:20pm) I encountered a rude barista in the drive through. I didn’t get to see her name unfortunately. When I pulled up to the window and was getting the Starbucks app pulled up on my phone, it took a second to load, so she slammed the window shut in my face without saying a word, and went back to taking orders. She left me sitting there so long that I considered just driving off and going to a different Starbucks. She finally opens the window, still giving me an attitude, and scans my card, and then proceeds to hand me a black iced tea when I distinctly said green iced tea. She looks at me like she thought I was lying, slams the window shut again in my face without saying a word. Then she comes back a couple seconds later with the other two drinks that I ordered, and then slams the window in my face. Came back after that with the green tea and just slammed the window in my face without saying anything at all. She looked to be early 20’s, long hair, and a few tattoos. Read moreHad car full of 6 friends and we were driving by the city and we wanted Starbucks. At 9:40, Saturday December 3rd. An employee did not let me order because she said she was closing early. About 6 cars ahead of us and 3-4 cars behind us and they blew us off.
They close at 10pm.
Completely unacceptable. That was very unprofessional and unethical, specially if she wasn’t allowed to close 20 min early.

How about you take preventive measures to ensure this doesnt happen again? Dont respond back to me with an apology and not look into the issue or at least respond like you're not concerned with the activity of your employee's. If you're going to respond back to us as a community, be more descriptive as what you're going to do to improve the customers experience, don't write back with a vague response and expect for me...
