Revised 7/21/18 4 months ago was 4 stars.. I should have revised a few weeks ago when we had a bad experience but I let it go. Now I will share the whole story. Something has been going on here over the last few months. It has really been going down hill. The food is still ok, but the service is not what you expect from Chic-fil-a. The dining area is dirty and they just aren't as fast as they once were. On top of that I recently had a couple of experiences that will have me going to another location from now on. Ill start with the most recent. Yesterday my daughter and I went and she had a card for a free kids meal. She gave the card to the cashier and we ordered some other food. When she told me the total, it didn't seem quite right. I asked her and she said the card had already been used? I say no it hasn't and if it had, how do I have it? She gets a supervisor who tells me in front of other guests, the card has already been used. She says she will take it off this time, but next time I need to make sure they keep the card. Hold on a sec? I need to make sure they keep the card? That's my responsibility? Seriously? It was a little embarassing, and it had me second guessing myself. Did school give her a card that was bad? Had we actually used the card before? Then on the way home my daughtee asks, is that the card the lady gave me when we had the problem last time? A ha! Now we are getting somewhere and I guess I'm not crazy after all. That brings us to the previous experience. A few weeks ago we went, ordered, took a seat, and waited... And waited... And waited. 15 min went by. 20.. I joked with the young lady who was bringing out orders if they had forgotten about us? She laughed and said no. She said our order would be out soon. 15 more min, I asked her again she said yes just a few more min. Another lady who was cleaning the dining area witnessed the conversation and came over and asked to see my receipt. She went to investigate. She came back and said they had lost our order and she would bring it out shortly. A few minutes later she brought it out and apologized. Ok. No big deal. Thank you. Then she gave my daughter a card for a kids meal. Wow, thanks! That was nice! Fast forward back to yesterday. The card she gave us had already been used! I'm sure it wasn't intentional that she set us up. At least I hope not, but it just goes to show, something is going on at...

They are suppose to be a restaurant that makes āFreshā food however I was told by the Managers (Efraim & Dana) that they pre make the salads early in the morning and they donāt take āspecial ordersā on salads or any other food item. So at almost $10 bucks youāre forcing patrons to take it or leave it. The salads dont even come with that many ingredients so it doesnāt take that much time to just make a salad for a PAYING customer in the way they like it. These are the same people that keep your business running and Efraim had a very ānonchalantā attitude. In the middle of a pandemic, restaurants need to be a little more mindful of who you make a manager and who you choose to represent your brand/business. Efraim also informed us they donāt do like the other Chick Fil Aāsā¦..so basically you donāt care about customer service nor do you care about the reputation Chick Fil A has built through the years. Everyone knows Chick Fil A is known for their stellar customer service but not this location. This location only cares about taking the easiest way out. Iāll be taking my business back to the Fort Lauderdale locations where they always treat us with care AND they make your food the way you prefer it. Efraim was fine with losing our business as long as it didnāt require him or his staff to make a FRESH salad without EGG. Btw Iām allergic to eggs so I simply asked to have them removed and they refused my business instead because they didnāt want to make a new salad. Take the management from Fort Lauderdale locations and let them train pompano beach because clearly Efraim doesnāt care enough about the business or the Chick Fil A brand. Ā Ā Ā Read more2 years ago- Chick-fil-a is a restaurant we keep coming back to at least once a month, it is a little pricier than your regular fast food joint but it's really worth it! The food is always quality and made fresh, the lemonade and recently the frosted lemonade are some of my favorites. I also recommend it for brsaseakfast, a lot of the times they offer free breakfast every Tuesday of a certain month. So look out for that! Service is always very friendly and fast.
Today- We had a bad experience at Chick fil a today this caused us to change our opinion on this particular restaurant location. I did the curbside pickup through the app and I was in a rush because I had to pickup my husband from work. I drove there, got my husband and then home after, we were both starving at that point. We start taking everything out and one of the sandwiches is missing. I call the restaurant and they tell me I can get a 'free' chicken sandwich next time I'm there (note, not free I had already paid for everything) I then ask if there's any way to deliver it to my house (they've been doing some pretty hardcore ads about their new delivery service) they tell me no and I can just give them my name And they give me the sandwich next time. I said well I'm hungry now and she said come get it now and I said well I'm home I'd have to drive all the way back and waste my time and gas because of your mistake. Can I get a free chicken sandwich for the inconveniences? They said no and I said ok is there anything you can do for me? And she hung up!
