I had an absolutely awful experience at Dunkin’ today, and it’s hands-down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at any fast-food spot. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was off—staff barely acknowledged me, and when they did, it was with eye rolls and curt replies. I get it, mornings can be hectic, but basic politeness shouldn’t be optional. The real kicker was the store manager. I had a simple issue with my order—they got my coffee wrong, no big deal, mistakes happen. But when I politely asked for it to be fixed, the manager swooped in like I’d personally insulted their entire existence. They snapped at me, saying, “We’re busy, you’ll have to wait,” in the most condescending tone imaginable. No apology, no attempt to help—just pure attitude. The first few times I came to this location was amazing. The elder lady is so nice and pleasant but the last few trips have been horrible. They ignore you when you pull up to the front. There’s a girl that works there that’s mad slow. Either she doesn’t wanna be there or She’s tired or she don’t care or all of the above - the food & coffee be on point so I’m not gonna hold you guys but please do a little bit better as far as your customer service etiquette greeting people and being a little bit more quick if I place a mobile order, I shouldn’t have to come inside and wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes to get it when it’s...

This location was quick with the online order and the hash brown brisket scramble is amazing, along with the cookie butter cold brew. However, I ordered extra eggs and extra cheese on 3 of my breakfast sandwiches and didn't get either one on any of them, all 3 sandwiches were regular. I usually check the bag and wouldn't leave a review for this but the one time I didn't, this happened. If I could please get a refund for these items, that would be ideal.
