Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

Manager Bolanka is a real * to her employees and very rude to customers. Before going I called to verify if they had the vday donuts which they did I also confirmed the two dozen special for $10.99 as I am used topicking up for my shop and recently for the nurses at three hospitals. I took my kids because they wanted donuts and my son being disabled and just being diacharged from two months hospitalized ididnt bother withhis wheelchair or walker. Ordered the two dozen donuts and all you hear is a woman yelling to do this and that as she appears unkempt in a rush leaving and yelling at the guy taking my order to do something when he tells her he's with a customer she comes up doesn't address us or smile just tells him as he's cashing me out(paying cash) that it's no longer 2x$10.99 its $7.99 dozen. So she ran off so I inquired when it ended cause I called and noone knew or could answer prob cause everywhere else is still on sale as has been for years she prob saw my cash and will most likely adjust it later as an error. So no bags for donuts so almost dropped the boxes assisting my son trying to walk to the car. But I did call corporate complained and called other locations that say its still 2x$10.99. Hope you dont want blueberry bagel or muffins because she yelled at girl that nomore than 3 a day are made. Jeffrey was nice and unjustly yelled at by Bolanka who seems she never learned how to professionally run, manage a business or oversee employees and deffinately not customer service courses, like to have her food certifications posted prove she has a position she actually worked for cause she doesnt deserve it but employees and customers do deserve someone better than her especially the way she obviously has no self dignity looking unkempt like trailer park bed head, its called self respect for yourself and others. Don't like your job find another one because this one don't work for ya and as for my family we won't be patronising a local business that supports a hostile mgr like you. Just had the worst customer service I have ever had! I was on my way home and was thirsty so I decided to go through a Dunkin' Donuts drive-through to get a glass of ice water and I figured I would also get one doughnut even though I didn't really want one. So I ordered a glass of ice water and one glazed doughnut. I pulled around to the window they said the total was $1.31. I gave the cashier my credit card, they said it was declined...they tried it again declined again. I had no cash on me me so I proceeded to return the doughnut. The cashier said no just keep it so I said are you sure and he said yes but don't you have a dollar or something, I told him no I don't have a dollar, I have nothing left. He then suddenly changed his mind and asked to have the stuff back so I said sure with a baffled look on my face and handed the doughnut back to him he then said I'm going to need the water back too, so I said you're kidding me right and he said no I'm going to need the icewater back so again I said you must be joking and he said no the water is 23¢ so I handed him The water and drove off. At least I got to keep the straw! It's just mind boggling how horrible people can be. Yea this is definitely the worse DD I've ever been to it makes the value of DD food look bad. Every time I've came here(only about 3x) my food didn't taste like when I got it from other DD in the county.. 1st time I ordered a chicken go wrap and got my sandwich and the chicken was ice cold smh 2nd AND 3rd time I came about 2 months later ordered the same thing and both times my sandwich tasted different.. almost like the persons barely cooking it.. not only that every time I went I ordered blueberry sweet tea with my food and i guess nobody knows how to make it cuz every time I got it I couldn't drink it. They flood the drink with blueberry syrup to the point that it taste like cough syrup. The 3rd time that happened I snapped lol but really though you can't do people like this who are paying for your food. 3rd time that happened with my tea I took it back n had it remade.. and honestly guys it still came back now watery with barely any syrup or seemed to be barely any sugar smh its bad here seriously don't go.
