For starters this location does not have a drive through. Yes I run three miles a night yet I shudder at the thought of having to get out of my car to wait in line to get coffee, makes no sense I know but there you have it.
Aside from the lack of a drive through this is a good location to get your caffeine on. It's a little classier and a little cleaner than other locations in the area. The lady who is the manager is all business about getting people through the line. They don't just wait on each person one at a time but instead they reach down the line to get drink orders and prepare them before you even reach the register. If you frequent this location often chances are they will know what your caffeine fix is just by looking at your face. Even when it's busy they know how to clear a line.
Here is a tip for you, if both registers are open it's two lines. People always wait in the line on the right but never the left. They don't seem to understand that it is two separate lines.
They used to have comfy couches but they have recently been removed in favor of more tables. I have spent many a long night camping out with my daughter here when she had a project due for school and the internet was out at home. In addition to the food and drinks offered this location has pretty nice conference room that rents for $15 an hour. The efficient staff and cleanliness of the restaurant makes this my favorite...

But the lady who was preparing the sandwich and orders, she was so rude. First, I saw how bad she was treating a young boy who work there too. This young gentleman was trying to help her, and at the same time apologizing with me because he saw how she treated me when I let her know that the chicken bacon sandwich that she gave me it was with white cheddar, she got the sandwich and told me āI told you the order and you said yesā and My answer to her was āi am waiting for the same sandwich but different cheeseā Second, i work in a restaurant so i have experience working with costumer. She was not nice at all, she did not smile, she didnāt try to see how to get my order done without having a bad face and telling me that it was my fault. English is not my 1st language neither but i try always with other to speak my best and clearly when I repeat the order. So this mistake doesnāt happens. When I received my whole order the guy told me to please check the order to make sure i got everything right since the lady did not allow him to help her. And he apologized again. If you are having a bad day, COSTUMER OR COWORKERS doesnāt have the fault, take a 5 min break and come back to work with a smile and make a difference at your job giving the best...

So the next time I go and get one I will be making any Dunkin Donuts to it correctly. I will stand there and take a bite of it. If it's not toasted enough if it doesn't have enough butter on it, I will surely let them know. I am tired of paying and tipping for second rate service!! Dunkin donuts really needs...
