Well I have been in this location last night(pompano beach McDonald on Federal hwy), after waiting almost 15-20 minutes on the drive thru when my turn comes to place my order, I had to explain several times what I wanted and how and the lady was taking care of my order seems like she was trying to make fun out of me and it's just because I have asked the price of the individual item I was trying to order. I believe as a customer I have all the rights to know how much everything cost because I'm the one who will pay for it and special I had to ask the prices because none of the display Manu was not showing any prices on them at all. After placing the order when I processed to the window to pay I have noticed they were 2 ladies next to each other laughing and talking and trying to make fun out of everything and that behavior is unexpected and I have never get humiliated like this before in a McDonald drive thru.
My order has a mac Frappuccino with wiped cream & strawbery syrup on top but at first they gave me a hot coffee, when I waited for her to come back to the window she was asking me why I'm still there? And when I explained it's not mine after several minutes of waiting she gave me my Mac Frappuccino with a wrong syrup topping on top.
The customer service and the behavior of the employees working at that location is vary poor, they love to humiliate their customers, they think that they are above everything. McDonald should monitor these ongoing issues happening to save their relationship...

I’ve visited this McDonald’s multiple times, and each experience has been frustrating due to the poor customer service from the management. Both the male and female managers have consistently displayed rudeness, particularly when handling complaints about underfilled fries. More often than not, my fries are barely half full, and when I inquire about it, I’m met with attitude rather than assistance.
It’s baffling why this location insists on skimping on portions. It feels like a deliberate attempt to cut costs at the expense of customer satisfaction. On one occasion, I even returned my fries at the drive-through, only to have the staff member reluctantly add more after being instructed by the manager.
While the restaurant is clean, the lack of proper customer care overshadows this positive aspect. Fast-food management must prioritize customer satisfaction, and it’s clear this location needs to step up its game.
