I ordered pizza for a corporate event. I paid ahead, placed the order hours before with the clear expectation that it would arrive at 6:00. No pizza ever arrived. Everytime I tried to call back I got their awful hold music with Papa John patronizing you by describing stuffed crust pizza. Once someone did get on the phone it was an out of country call center!!!! They just kept telling me there was no order associated with my phone number and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Finally they say they will call the store for me (because the store would not pick up for me) and they ended up hanging up! I still have no idea what happened to our order, I have to wait till Monday to see if the company card was charged. I was mortified because of the way Papa Johns mishandled this order. This was a request from one of the coordinators and I can confidently say that I will never order Papa Johns again FOR THE HOLD MUSIC ALONE. Who outsources for a pizza place?? Half of the experience is in speaking directly to the pizza employees. Read moreI have never been so disgusted with the service at a restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the experience was horrible. I called out “sir” multiple times—at least 12—and the guy working the counter completely ignored me, even though I had just watched him talking with another employee moments before.
When a young woman finally came over, she acted like I was disturbing her personal time. She had her Beats headphones in, stayed on her phone, and barely acknowledged me when I said I was there to pick up my order. She just stared at me until she was done, and then continued scratching her head with long, dirty nails before handling my food.
I asked her if she had put on gloves at any point during this process, especially since another worker in the back was prepping pizzas and subs barehanded. Her response? With attitude: “We don’t wear gloves here.” That was enough for me. I left my order behind and walked out, and I will never return to this location again.

My card was connected in the app but somehow it was connected with DoorDash and that's how the payment was made. The driver came to deliver the pizza but took it back saying it showed I had not paid. I ended up going to the store with proof of payment and everything. The manager, Vanessa or Vanesha Alexandre had the most dismissive "I can't be bothered" attitude and told me that the pizza was going to be thrown away. Mind you, I am a loyal customer to Papa John's but not after this. She was wearing her Beats headphones AT WORK and she appeared to have something more pressing to do than to try and help resolve my issue. I will not be ordering from this store ever again and after reaching out to Papa John's online, I'm not sure they did much to retain my loyalty.
