Starbucks — Restaurant in Pompano Beach

Taking in consideration that I visited on a Saturday morning around 11am, I understand that it's the weekend and they were very busy. However, I placed my order via mobile order and ended up waiting 36 minutes for one frappucino and one muffin. I asked what looked like the manager after 25 mins, she gave me my muffin that had been sitting there and was already cold and told me my drink would be right up. 11 more minutes later (totalling 36 mins) I noticed multiple drinks sitting right behind the counter ready to go and none of the employees handing them out. I was finally able to ask a different employee to check if one of the drinks that had been sitting there were mine. Yes, one of them was my drink. So I got to drink my melted frappucino and cold/hardened blueberry muffin over 30 minutes after ordering. I understand being slammed busy, but almost 40 minutes for one drink and one muffin is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to...

Not every Starbucks is equal and this one stands apart from many - in a good way! They have plenty of parking which is great, the coffee is made the way it's supposed to each time, but it is a very work friendly Starbucks, which I love! They have several tables to chose from so even with their day-to-day crowd, there are plenty of tables to sit on and take a out a laptop or tablet and work.

Staff was friendly, service was a bit slower than most of the locations I've visited around the world. Doesn't look like they have a drive through so the dead end lot has a lot of in and out traffic, seems like a good chance for a small fender bender when people are backing in and out of spots.

It does seem that the regulars compensate for lack of drive through by ordering with the Starbuck's app ahead of time so they are in and out quickly and the staff seems to have that process well organized. I didn't see people waiting long if ever for orders placed...
