I ordered on the app. I ordered hot & spicy buffalo chicken wings. I've ordered them twice before and I love them so here I am ordering again. I waited an hour for my order which I knew ahead of time so it was no problem but I get the order and I tip the guy and go inside the house . I open the box and I got plain wings and they looked super dry and I was disappointed. I immediately call them and let them know and they said they're sorry and they will send out another order. So I waited another hour for the second order and this time the same guy was delivering it again and he opened the box before I went inside so I can see the order and again it was the same plain wings!!!! Now I'm really upset. Two hours waisted. So he calls the manager and she tries to tell me that they double checked it and that this is the right order and I told her I've ordered this before and I know how they look. I asked for a refund and she said okay and said they will send out another order and add Buffalo sauce which didn't sound right to me but I said ok. Another hour goes by and I get the third order and still not the right order. They just drenched them in Buffalo sauce this time. This was such a terrible experience. I really never leave reviews but this ruined my night. I got an email with a receipt of the third order I got sent and on the receipt it says " plain wings with buffalo sauce after oven"...which proved my point. I call them back and speak to the manager, he said he was going to send me a next one. One hour later no pizza arrive. I call back and ask to speak with the manager again, the worker said he was busy. I told the worker I would need a refund for my food. The coworker said he think the manager is free hold on. After 5 minutes he came back on the phone and said his manager said he cannot refund me. I ask them why not they said they could only send me a pizza I said I already uber eat something else to eat I need my money back. He said since I paid with cash he cannot send his driver back out to bring my cash. I said then Zelle me my money. He was like he cannot not do that. I forgot to mention I can't eat regular pizza dough (gluten makes me violently ill for several days) and ordered a Vegan Italiano with regular crust. I only remembered when it came out. I said nothing about it because it was MY mistake. But my friend decided to say something anyway and Drickah took it upon herself to get me another pizza GLUTEN FREE FOR FREE. And she upsized it too! And as if that wasn't enough, she threw in a free vegan cheesecake!!! Sarpino's has a new loyal customer for life...so long as the next time I see Drickah, she tells me y'all are treating her like the STAR that she is!!!
