Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ponchatoula

Definitely not "hot n ready". Had to wait over 15 minutes for a medium cheese pizza. They had a couple of their employees, one clearly dressed in his uniform, jamming in the parking lot. Must have been showing off his new Christmas present because he definitely wasn't working. The boy who brought our pizza to the car had the most miserable look on his face... Like it was our fault he was working the day after Christmas. Didn't say one word. When my husband asked if he was OK he rudely said "yeah I'm good". I feel bad I really do. I worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years missing more holidays, birthdays, events, etc than you could imagine but I was always kind to the guest. After all it was my choice to work in that industry for so long.This was my son's choice but we will not be going back. This location lacks any level of hospitality and horrible...

Missing the one being open on University interstate exit, I decided to stop by the Ponchatoula drive through. Excited to order that Crazy bread, I was a bit unprepared for the increase in the price of my less than $20 dinner choice for the family on the run. Almost insulted but not too surprised , just like everything else, the price of the bill guys jumped up about 20?%? Old price $14. Change back out of a $20....great....not now...dig deeper..over....$24. Two plain pizzas and a crazy bread and tow 20oz sodas. The drive through was better than having to go in even though we had to drove through twice, once to order then seven minutes later again to pick up the hot fresh crazy bread I absolutly...

I ordered 2 pizzas with no cut. When I picked them up, they were cut, so I went inside to let them know about the mistake. As I'm waiting for them to remake the pizzas, the young lady I gave them back to let her other coworkers know about the issue. Someone in the back says loudly "PEOPLE ARE SO WEIRD!" I was highly offended! When the remakes are brought out to me, the person who yelled out the offensive statement comes out & asks "How are you gonna eat the pizza?" I say to her, "I cut it at home." She responds, "You don't like the way we cut it?" I say, "We prefer to use our own pizza cutter for dietary reasons." NEVER GOING...
