Burger King — Restaurant in Ponchatoula

We gave our order through the drive-through paid and moved forward to the pickup window and they started giving us someone else order. The first item on the order we requested was a Chrisy Chicken sandwich. After receiving our order we drove about two blocks and realized there was not a Crunchy Chicken sandwich in the order. I looked at the receipt and it had not been put on the order. We turned around to go back to order the CCS. We waited in the drive-through ordering the CCS. Once we got to the pickup window they had prepared the wrong sandwich. When she gave us the correct sandwich she dropped the bag out of the window. Not once during the ordeal did anyone apologize for the mix-up, delay or dropping the bag out of the window. We had also gotten 4 orders of chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. We only got one container of BBQ sauce for all four orders. By the time we got home, the order was cold. We didn't even...

Went there about 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. My wife ordered the Ch'King with the free burger and I ordered the triple Whopper. The line was not that long, only about 4 vehicles ahead of me at the window. Still no inside eating that I know. I was not greeted nicely or told to have a nice day at the window. I thought it took too long to get my order.One person behind me drove off. Always see at least one person get disgusted at the time and leave. McDonalds does it right. You can pick up your order in the parking lot if you have ordered online. You do not have to wait in the drive through like BK. My triple was normal and my order correct. My wife's Ch'king was either overcooked or cooked in old oil. It had a burnt taste and was not good. It was her first. I never tasted it so I do not know.

A few small tweaks would make BK so much better, but I guess that is too...

The food was fine but the service was terrible. I paid in cash and the woman at the register looked at me expectantly and said I needed to count it for her. I thought this was odd but I did it anyway. When I got my food, I asked for some sauce and she gave a look of disgust and annoyance. After I sat down to eat, I could hear the loud chatter between her and her co-workers. She mentioned a customer that just paid with cash and expected her, the cashier, to count it. I could overhear this from the lobby. I was being treated as I wasn't even there to hear it.

Overall, worst experience at any restaurant. The cashier thought that she didn't need to provide any kind of customer...
