How complicated is it to make a chicken sandwich? Two pieces of bread with some mayo, one chicken breast, a couple of pickles? And forget about getting one that even looks similar to the picture on the menu of what you chose.

It boggles my mind how somebody can struggle so much with making something as simple as a chicken sandwich. Assuming it's not a child doing the cooking; though a child may do a better job.

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, and what I received was a disgrace (pictures added). You could get a better-looking sandwich from a special education cooking class. Now, one may think I altered the appearance of the sandwiches for the photos; but I promise you, I did not. You tell me if you think these look appetizing.

I read other reviews and noticed that each one gets a response from the manager. Unfortunately, it seems to be a generic auto response since it is the same one on other 1 to 2 star reviews; which is the majority of them. I am adding a screenshot of the manager response just in case it is the same for me.

Unfortunately, this is not the only Popeyes that has been pushing very poorly made food. customer service is hit or miss. I am confused why management allows this to happen. it is very poor...

The food is fantastic. If they could just get the order right😋 the wait in side or the drive-through is long. The service from the order at the speaker to the drive-thru payment window/ food pickup is lousy.🤬 When you wait that long to order FOOD IS GOOD SO THE WAIT IS LONG 🤔OR THE STAFF IS REALLY BAD👆( THAT'S A FACT ) I ALWAYS get enough for 2 families ALONG with extra sides ITS NOT CHEAP $$! SO YOU CAN EXPECT THEM TO READ THE ORDER BACK WHEN YOU ASK🤯 THEY'LL SPOUT OFF A TOTAL & IF THEY DO ANSWER YOUR REQUEST TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IT RIGHT THEIR ANSWERS WERE IS TOO BUSY TO READ THE ORDER BACK! I just went to get our dinner. There was a long line at drive thru. To be expected. I had to wait on my tenders box. I guess they had to drop chicken. No worries. I pulled up but I had to go to the restroom inside because the wait was a bit. I thought maybe they forgot me! I went in and used the bathroom and just waited in the lobby. All the folks I talked to were so nice and looked me in the eye. The lady that gave me my order was kind and she even took time to ask if I had wanted sauce because it was not noted on the ticket. She gave me a little of each. I wish I remembered her name! Many folks would have just given me the order and not worried about it. She wanted to be sure. And she smiled and seemed to actually care about it. So many times I have been to Popeyes and never been asked and even if I said I wanted sauce, it was usually missing. If I asked for it, they acted like it was a huge imposition. Not this lady. She and the lady at the drive thru were both so personable. Hoping their manager...
