Update! I'M DONE! 11/13/21, I made the mistake of giving this restaurant a 2nd chance and I got much worse than before, you can't support people that don't have the integrity to do their job, everyday they come to work. Especially, when your job consist of preparing someone's food. I placed a order for carry-out, my husband picked it up. I was terrible upset when I saw what was in my container. I ordered a skillet and to heat it, I was going to remove my scrambled eggs and than put it in the microwave. When I removed the eggs, the rest of the contents in my container was TRASH! There was supposed to be chorizo sausage and shredded potatoes. All of it was totally garbage! It was so badly burned you couldn't tell what was potatoe and what was supposed to be sausage! Oh, no this was not a mistake, ANYBODY that cooks knows old stuff that's been sitting around all day! Burning customers is not the best way to stay afloat during these hard times. Better luck with your...

The staff were very friendly and courteous, even though they were busy the staff were very meticulous. The restaurant was warm and inviting and to my liking the coffee was hot and strong. Unfortunately, probably the worst cuisine experience I've had in Pontiac Illinois so far, I don't want to automatically give the restaurant a bad label, might have been bad timing maybe short staffed in the kitchen. The chicken and dumpling soup was very very good, the choice of Hospital vegetables was very uninviting, the piece of fish I ordered was like fish jerky. A member of my table ordered a steak it looked like a slice of roast beef. I will definitely give this restaurant another try but Madison Street will have to be by invite only, not...

Horrible food! If you enjoy bland tasteless food then this is your place. Came here for the first time today and I will never be back. One waitress was very kind and the other was so rude. I am not one to complain, I still paid the $36 for our lunch and fed it to my dogs when I got home. This is just a picture of the turkey sandwich. Can’t even slice a decent turkey sandwich. For what they charge this is unacceptable. I will never patron a place that is rude to their customers either. Someone needs to find a new job not working with the public. There’s a reason this place is empty. The burgers and chicken are frozen and heated to serve. Bob and Ringo’s is right down the street, I highly recommend...

This family restaurant has a variety of both American and TexMex food. I got the TexMex, and it was surprisingly good! The chicken burrito with queso on top was delicious and flavorful. I was also happy to learn that this place has a full bar, and so I enjoyed the strawberry margarita. This place is a casual restaurant and there's a nice outdoor section too for when the weather is nice!
