Very impressed with the level of customer care and attention to detail by the barber. I came in with my three sons and myself to get haircuts. All of my son’s hair were a bit overdue. The barber did not just hear what they wanted and started clipping, he listened to them and asked clarifying questions to really understand what they wanted. Even during the cut he would stop and check with them to make sure they were happy with how things were looking. All the boy’s turned out great. I then got in the chair to get my own hair cleaned up and a beard trim. It has been a very long time since I have been able to find anyone who was still doing shaves, let alone with a straight blade. Lonnell and Ashley, the owners, were awesome and hilarious. Very personable with great attitudes and excellent customer service.

Juan, my barber, did a phenomenal job!! You can tell the love he puts into his craft by the time and details he puts into his work. And yet, was still quick, with a great attitude, and customer service.

The atmosphere was also chill, great ambiance, pool table, and nice leather seats to wait. They even have some kid toys for anyone that can't find a babysitter.

I live out in Shorewood, about an hour away, and I will definitely be making the commute because I was so satisfied with the service and cut.
